It was like any other day; the beginning of the school year.
-Kris Pov—
Kris woke up groggily… “Sweetie…schools are going to start soon,” Torriel said with a concerned smile painted on her face. Kris’s eyes fluttered open, and they rubbed them with the back of their hand sleepily. “Thanks…” Kris said quietly and sat up slowly. They sat there for a second before standing up and walking to their closet and opening it and realized they were out of clean sweaters. “shit…..” They walked over to the dirty laundry and found the least dirty sweater. It was clean, for the most part. They put their binder on; the one Torriel didn't like. Actually, Torriel didn't like any they werent supposed to have any . Torrie accepts them as trans they are just scared medically…; Kris puts them on nonetheless and puts their pair of brown pants and socks. They go to the bathroom and brush their teeth and go downstairs. They grab a granola bar and put their shoes on. They finish and grab their bag and head out. “By Mum,“ Kris calls out to Torriel, who's cleaning the dishes. “Bye sweetie, have fun!!” Torriel says. The door closes behind Kris. They open their granola bar and begin their walk.
-Berdlys Pov-
Bradley woke up late as well. “DAMMIT!” he shouted, looking at his clock, quickly rushing to his closet. “Language!~” his mom replied downstairs, making some breakfast. He quickly gets dressed in a button-up white shirt and some blue jeans. He got the rest ready and hurried downstairs he hugged his mom and grabbed his glasses. They have tape on the bridge of his nose from previous breaks. All from Susie, of course, he quickly scarves down his breakfast and rushes outside to school.

At school, Noelle and Berdly meet up first; early making welcomes the school is soon filled with annoyed students. Mad school is back in session. Susie and Kris soon come in, also tired and upset. Noelle gradually drifts to Susie. Kris and Berdly follow behind. “Guessing you're an excited nerd,“ Kris says tiredly, talking to Berdly without looking at him. “Well, SOMEONE here has to be ready for education!” Berdly says back. “Yeah, OK, whatever.” Kris says as they all arrive at their locker Susie and Noelle are chatting a rosy blush on noelles cheeks giggling; Susie does not notice. Kris does. Kris turns to berdly. “you see this?” they say tiredly and quietly, so Noelle and Susie don't hear, “hm? Oh, yeah, that are soon oblivious.” “It's annoying,” he says, distracted by a book. “Yeah,” Kris says. All of a sudden, the bell rings and they hurry to class…
Kris falls asleep halfway soon, Berdly looks over at them and rolls his eyes and continues spontaneously taking notes, Susie doodling at their desk, and Noelle trying to focus, but occasionally looking over at Susie. Eventually, towards the end of class, Berdly finds himself looking at Kris and quickly focuses on back up at school. Once class is done, the students filter out, including the teacher. Berdly is left sat next to the sleeping Kris reading. Eventually, Kris wakes up and looks around groggily. “Ah, Kris finally up. You know you should really work on your sleep hygiene. It’s not healthy to nap. Also, you missed the class!” he says sparkly, “but of course, I did work! someone had to!” he adds.” OK nerd.” Kris responds tiredly and stands up and leaves. Berdly lingers in the classroom a little longer before grabbing his books and leaving.
-next day in class—
Kris is already asleep as usual, heading to his desk and barely finds himself looking at them again and looking away shyly. Eventually, he's just looking at them absent-mindedly. Monster kids' water bottle drops falling with a head-splitting BAM. Kris wakes up immediately, jerking right up; that startles Berdly, who quickly looks away blushing…but Kris notices before he can hide it and blushes slightly before realizing Noelle and Susie are gone…. They raise their hand miss Alphys pauses her lecture about history. “Yes, Kris?” she says. “Where's Susie and Noelle?” Kris responds tiredly. “Bathroom,” the alphys respond, before returning to the lecture. After a few minutes, Kris stands up bored and walks out without alphys realizing. They walk to the bathroom and walk in to see them kissing; Noelle is on their tiptoes, and they are both blushing. Noelle is the first to notice Kris and they hesitantly step back. “Kuh-kris!!?” Noelle says, blushing more now embarrassed. Susie turns around “oh hey…i- um.” Susie says, “About time man, it was so obvious” Kris says teasingly and jokingly “H-HEY!!” Susie says Noelle just stands they're blushing furiously now. Just as Kris smirks, holding back laughs, and begins to walk out, leaving Noelle and Susie alone again. Susie blurts out: “OK, well, Berdly been staring at you and I see you staring back, loser!!” Kris straightens up and stops walking, blushing “i- I do not!!” they say hurrying out. They stop at the water fountain and drink before returning too class
—after class—
kris layed in bed…couldn’t sleep…they sat there and just thought about the day…susie …noelle………berdly… did they seriously like him?! did they stare back?? they got a text….they picked up there phone and sat there for a second looking at the lock screen..
