The Elmore sky was the shade of dark blue and midnight navy with little white stars glowing everywhere in several dislocating spots, the moon being on the full display for the night as the noises of the grasshoppers and crickets echoed the night. The camera pans over to a house where the Wattersons lives in since their arrival next to the Robinson household, the scene fades to the inside of the Watterson bedroom where we see the bunk bed, Gumball Watterson was sleeping on the bottom while Anais Watterson was having the top bunk, and there was a fish bowl on the nightstand belonging to a special Watterson.
Darwin Watterson.
The orange fish with legs embraced in a comfortable position inside his fish bowl, the water keeping him fresh and clean while he enjoyed the midnight slumber after the day was over. He was snoozing quietly, little bubbles appearing with each new breath, and he seemed peaceful in his cute little resting place.
But he was having a dream that he never expected;
The scene blurs to his dream...
A pitch black screen...
Nothing but pure blackness...
Gumball appeared in sight, showing off an angry expression on his face; his arms crossed with disappointment to his adopted brother.
Darwin found himself sitting in front of his brother, looking scared...
"Gumball?" Darwin asked with concern "Are you okay?"
"How could you..." Gumball spilled out, his voice cracking in pain and betrayal.
"What did I do?" Darwin questioned.
Gumball didn't say anything for a minute, until he said it...
"You ruined everything. My life. You took Penny away from me and spread lies about me! You manipulated me!" Gumball's voice becoming more distorted, glitch to a doppelganger of Darwin, but with yellow eyes, a red stripe in the middles of his eyes, and that copy began laughing evilly.
Darwin started screaming, sobbing as he apologizes repeatedly.
I'M SORRY!
I'M SORRY!
I'M SORRY!
I'M SORRY GUMBALL!!!
...
Darwin suddenly woke up, screaming but managed to calm down; he looked at his brother to see him peacefully sleeping.
Darwin sighed in relief, he smiled before heading back to sleep.
That was a nightmare.
Right?
