Chapter Text
Giyuu Tomioka.
If you were to go on a walk in the city, he would just be a random background person. Ordinary, plain, and the typical loner if you take a closer look. Despite the amount of times his late older sister had commented on what a handsome man he’d grow to be, surrounded by girls who liked him, Giyuu has never reached that point. It’s not that his looks did not fit the handsome checklist (in fact he would probably check off ~98% of those boxes), but the way he brought himself about was the issue. His everyday outfits consists of hoodies that obscure his face, a neat hair that goes un-neat real fast no matter how many times he’s brushed it, and his ever remaining stone like facial expression that would make any person go “akwarrrrddd…” when trying to chat with him. It didn’t bother him much though, in fact he’d say it was quite pleasant not being the center of attention. He has what he needs. A home to return to where his uncle and aunt are waiting. 2 best friends, Sabito and Makomo, he could always go to. Good grades that God has blessed his brains with. Heck, he even gets to have a crush. The life that he has may not be glamorous and exciting, but at least his troubles were long over and he was mentally healthy again. That’s where the book ends.
Screw the book though, at least that’s what he thought God had done, because the book had been forced to chug in a bunch more papers to write the plot twist of his life where that homely little life was about to change, for better or for worse, that’s what he’ll have to find out.
