Her teammates could act as they pleased, but it was terror and the fire that pleased her. It didn’t please Davos so much, but she hardly saw how that was her problem. She was no villain. She acted only as necessary.
She had not chosen to call herself a superhero, so if she acted unheroically the people only really had themselves to blame. She did what R’hllor would wish. She was doing the right thing. They would see that, in the end. R’hllor didn’t desire evil, merely certain sacrifices. It was more than worth it. She would save them all.
