Ritsuka(female) after the events of the timeless temple, instead of waking up in Chaldea she wakes up at a hospital where she had been in a coma for years and hospitalized after being found unconscious and injured on the side of the road, she reunited with her parents and due to being missing, she would have to redo her education again this time( after being missing) and sent to AHNS to complete her education. ( ritsuka would also have been indicated by doctors to have an eight grader syndrome when questioned as to why ritsuka was missing and ritsuka explains the events of grand order in which the doctor doesn’t believe.) ritsuka will have to adapt and manage to live her life back to the normalcy in contrast to its normal back in Chaldea.( ritsuka still have command seal marks)

After the events of the Timeless Temple, Ritsuka Fujimaru expected to awaken in Chaldea, surrounded by her friends and Servants.
Instead, she opened her eyes in a hospital.
Ritsuka had been discovered unconscious and injured on the side of a road years earlier. With no identification and no memory that doctors could understand, she had remained in a coma for years. Her sudden awakening led to an emotional reunion with her parents, who had spent years believing their daughter was gone.
However, Ritsuka soon discovered that returning home did not mean returning to normal.
Because she had been missing for so long, she was far behind academically and would have to repeat several years of education. Eventually, she was enrolled at Advanced Nurturing High School, where she was expected to catch up with her peers and begin rebuilding the life she had lost.
There was only one problem.
Ritsuka remembered everything.
When doctors questioned her about where she had been all those years, she explained the truth: Chaldea, Singularities, Servants, the Grand Order, and her battles to save humanity.
Naturally, no one believed her.
Her story was instead dismissed as an extreme case of eighth-grader syndrome brought on by the trauma surrounding her disappearance. Ritsuka couldn't exactly blame them, but she knew the truth.
She had lived through it all.
Now, without Chaldea, without the familiar faces of her Servants, and forced to live as an ordinary student, Ritsuka must learn how to adapt to a world that feels strangely unfamiliar despite being her own.
Yet there is one reminder that she can never hide completely.
The Command Seals still remain on her hand like a tattoo.
And deep down, Ritsuka knows that whatever happened to her may not have been an accident.
