Work Text:
It all had started when Fluixon went to go get flowers for his sister, Cynikka, because she broke her leg (and she forced him to buy them for her.)
”Flux, buy me flowers.” She had demanded.
“What? No! I’m not wasting my money on you!” Flux replied.
”I’m telling father!!” Cynikka whined. Flux rolled his eyes. “Fine.”
He walked into Bundles and Blossoms, a flower shop in his town. The bell ringed as he opened the door to the shop.
As he walked in, he couldn’t see the cashier anywhere.
“Hello?” He called. “Is anyone here?”
Flux heard footsteps running from somewhere in the back of the store. A white haired boy ran to the counter quickly with flowers in hand.
“Sorry about that!” He said as he put the flowers down. “Welcome to Bundles and Blossoms, how may I help you?” The boy asked.
Flux examined him. Luscious white hair, beautiful gold eyes, a soft smile, one mole under each of his eyes, and a pretty face.
Hm, he’s cute. Fluixon thought, but then he quickly got pushed it to the side.
”Hey. Which flowers are suitable for my sister who’s in the hospital?” Flux questioned.
The shorter boy thought for a second. “I’d suggest asters and anthuriums!” He told him.
“I can get them for you, if you’d like!” He offered.
Flux nodded. “Sure, that’d be great.”
The boy went to go get the flowers, and came back with a bouquet. He handed it to Flux.
”Here you go!” He smiled. “That’s gonna be… $60!”
Expensive. But if I don’t get them Cyn will burn me or a stick, or something like that.
He grabbed his wallet and pulled out a $50 and $20. It was already expensive enough, but he wanted to tip the cute guy.
”Thank you!” He called as Flux began to walk to the door. “Come again!”
”Flux! You got me flowers!” She beamed. He rolled his eyes. “You fucking told me too!”
”Yeah, but you still got me them!” Cynikka pointed out. “Anyways, can you get me more flowers tomorrow?” She asked mischievously.
”Sure,” Flux said way too quickly.
Cynikka raised an eyebrow. “Did something happen? You’d argue with me before accepting… unless!”
”Cyn, no,” He sighed.
”Who’s the lucky boy?” She smirked.
”There’s no ‘lucky boy.’ I just didn’t want to argue with you.” Flux lied.
Cynikka laughed. “Sure, Flux. I totally believe you!”
“Ugh, why am I related to you?”
He started to go to the shop everyday, most of the times because Cynikka had spread the word that Flux would buy you free flowers if you’d ask him.
But this time, he wanted something for himself.
He walked into the shop. The guy was at the counter. “Oh! It’s you again! Welcome back!” He smiled warmly.
”Hi, can I have some lilacs?” He asked.
”Sure!” The shorter boy said.
“What’s your name?” He asked suddenly. ”What’s yours?” Flux shot back.
“I asked first!” He said.
“Fine. Fluixon De Aculon. There. Now yours.” Flux said.
”Aculon as in that company or something?” He asked.
Flux nodded. “Yeah.”
“Man, school must’ve been hell for you!” He giggled.
He sighed. “You don’t wanna know how many love confessions I got. Your name now.”
”Oh! I forgot! My name’s Saparata Theria! Or Saps for short,” Saps said.
”Cute name for a cute boy,” Flux mumbled.
“What’d you say?” Saps asked.
”Nothing!” Flux quickly said.
“Hm…” Saps said, narrowing his eyes. “Anyways, I’ll get your lilacs!” Saps left to grab the flowers.
