Prologue A- Fall of H/Rise of White

*thuck* “The last of the bandits are taking care of, so I better treat myself for today.” The bounty hunter was about to ride his trike away when… *BOOM!* an explosion happens. The teenager of 17 realizes the location was from a retired Huntsmen couple’s home “John, Rai, at least let the twins be alright.”
Reaching the crater of ground zero, he searched around only for a pair of weapons melted by the explosion. “The house still stands despite taking the full force of the shock wave.” The roof is what he first saw afar before reaching the wooden cabin. “Where are they?” He searched around the house, taking any vile stragglers before remembering the hidden shack in the back woods.
When he reached it, he saw a bamboo basket by the side as if it was hidden. When open, two kids, boy and girl twins, huddling together with the older brother protecting the younger sister. “Belle, Wise, thank the devil you two are okay.” The two silver hair, amber touch deep green eyes kids stare at the man with pangolin scales on his back. “Xrex nii-chan!” Xrex hugs the crying twins as he let them release all the pain they have contained since the attack.
“Everything we need is packed up tight, let’s hit the road!” Xrex was about to exit the cabin when he spotted a wooden figure, he pick it up and looked at the back to see the kanji for Heavenly Devil carved onto it. “Can’t forget our mighty protector.” Hop on the trike with the twins sitting on special side seats as they look at their home one more time before driving off to adventure.

“We’re almost there, just hang on!” Xrex said to the twins as the three were being chased by the eldest’s forgotten past. “We just need to make the jump and it’s home sweet home!!!” Belle was throwing bombs that Wise set to explode beforehand, her now dyed blue hair wave in the rush air as her brother pointed to the side. “Cliff!” “Prepare for turbo!” They are launched into the air and over the crevice as they enter the Hollow as the chasers stop due to fears of the dangers, not knowing their land is doomed to be part of the void.
Inside Center Zone Hollow
“Prepare for impact!” They crash into a statue that is worn down by time and the ether. Xrex takes a look around as the twin checks the supplies. “My guess was right about a bridge of lost lands in the Hollow connected to another safezone. And Ethereals seem to avoid this area, wonder why?” He then saw a mecha that can be piloted by something small, only to see a chubby robo bunny near it. “Hmm, I do need help raising the twins, and the mech is cool.”
“Onii-chan, over here!” Belle said as she and Wise were across a ravine of a glowing green energy river, on a pillar of debris no less. “Hey, be careful over there!” Xrex ran over and jumped across with ease which the twins clapped to. “I’ve told you not to do anything dangerous without my say!” Tears formed from both of them but they held it in and nodded. “Good, now let’s see what we have here.” After some searching, they found the remains of a statue on a stone mount with pieces still floating at where they'd been when whole. “Can it be…” Xrex lifted a wooden figure of the Heavenly Devil and found the floating pieces to match, except for the belt that kinda looks like a toy.
“What’s this Onii-Chan?” Wise asked as he pointed to the plate that was written in an ancient language, (Japanese) Xrex had described the text. “‘Ride with the Devil to become Two in One and Count your Sins.’ Did the Heavenly Devil have two souls?” Xrex notices the plate is too loose to stay put alone so he pulls it to reveal the hidden compartment. Only a rusted metal case was inside with a W carve on the top and once open, the same belt on the statue was there with an aged note. “‘Pass the tests of Gaia to receive the Power of Memories’ wonder what that’s about?” *Rumble* “Aaaahhh!!!!” The place shook like an earthquake had come just as the twins crossed the pillar, Bell tripped and fell backward on to her brother, Wise tried to keep them standing steady only to slip and both fall into the river. “Damn it!” Xrex already has his hook rope that he carries for wall climbing as the rope manages to tangle itself to the twins just as Wise covers Bell with his body, yet the two have dunk into the green energy before Xrex pulls them out and up quickly.
Xrex hurries and takes them back to base, followed by examining them with a device that studies their bodies with a scan. “This doesn’t make sense, their bodies seem alright yet moments of change come and go. It’s like the energy trying to decide to fuse into them and erase itself. Something is needed to stabilize them or they may perish, then he looks at the belt. “You better save them or else I’m throwing you to the ravine.” Xrex attaches the Belt to Belle first only for a copy to form on Wise as their conditions improve dramatically, Xrex drops in relief. “So the legend is true, the Heavenly Devil was two people acting as one.”

“Nike, keep Wise and Belle on the Trike and don’t stop until you’re out of the Hollow!” Xrex shouted as his body had ether crystals forming all over and the ethereal core was forming where his heart was as a gap slash form at the right shoulder to the mid torso. “Don’t go…” the Twins grab his sleeve before he shakes them off, Wise barely feels emotion and has to rely on Belle by the W Belt just to stay human inside so his face tends to be dull at times. “Sorry, but it seems like my journey ends here. Just remember to keep moving forward.” The Trike drives into what looks like a stunt sphere cage and goes around as the twins see Xrex become more like an Ethereal while he covers them through battle, the last thing they saw of him is he fell on his back after the boss Ethereal was destroyed and he reached out to them. “Live your life freely….” They jump through a rift into another location and into another rift just to repeat it multiple times until they came out of a Hollow in a crash landing. “Are you okay?” The first to arrive was someone that helped them adjust to their new lives in Helios

“... and that's how you make a Carrot.” Carole Arna, the twins new caretaker, was teaching the future Phaeton on how to be Proxies as Nike and Eous, another bangboo as they are called, came in with big news. “en na en en na” “What, something came out of Hollow Zero? All 5 of them walk out of the building just for a giant machine to stop in front of them after driving around the academy with some security guards being bruised and tired from the chase. “En na…” The bangboos said as the machine opened up its front cover to reveal a bike that can change its back side by the two half pieces inside the wheel at the back and a few metal cases that were strap on the floor. The twins immediately open the cases to find books before the hollow about being detectives, mystery solving stories, and real life cases.
Carole manages to convince security that the so-called vehicle was just looking for its chosen driver(s) as the twins open one more case to find strange gadgets and weird USBs. Seeing the slots, they started to insert the matching part just for them to become alive in a way. “Heavenly Devil’s familiars!” The two play with StagPhone, SpiderShock, BatShot, FrogPod, DendenSensor, and as living rope and hook launcher called CobraCoil. (the snake was missing in three dangerous creatures of japan folklore or something like that) There was one missing due to an empty spot with BeetlePhone marked. “Wise, Belle, how about you, Edous, and Nike take your new friends and carry these books to your room for now as I find a place for these ‘Vehicles’ to be.” “Yes!” “Okay.” The four start working as Carole finishes reporting to security and looks inside one more time. It wasn’t until she checked under the bike to find one last case with a note. Reading it, she freaked out and opened the unlocked case to find six USBs of top quality and two empty spots. “*Sigh*, I always knew the two of you are destined for greatness.” She chooses to hide this last case for now.

“Sensei!!” Belle and Wise shouted as they watched their teacher mother figure get shot multiple times in the torso in a halway, the sight forced Wise to drag his sister behind cover to avoid the barrage of gunfire. “Let go of me, we need to save her.” Belle yelled as she saw their teacher be taken away like she was still breathing. “And risk losing you too! I wanted to save her just as much as you, but we’re powerless, our weapons are in the garage and Hollow Zero has just expanded over us! If only we could have mastered them before…” She knew her brother still have bad control over his emotions, or lack of, so she knows he really meant it including losing Serpico in the experiment and Truvia disappeared in the aftermath.
“En-na en-na!” Nike and Eous was with them with the final case waving in front of them. The twins looked at them, then at each other before opening the case to see the Gaia Memories and, as if they were possessed, reached out to the ones that call them. Wise grab the green one with the C and Belle the purple one with the J before pressing the buttons. “Cyclone/Joker” Their belts appear after being dormant from the escape before Wise inserts his memory to the right slot only to transfer to Belle’s belt as she inserts hers to the left. As the enemies stop to check if their targets, the four come out and pose for the transformation. “Henshin!!/En-na!!” Winds of green and purple protect them from the bullets as the glass window wall shatters and falls outside.

What came out of the window was the one and only Kamen Rider W- Cyclone/Joker form in it vintage glory, with the body armor shape female thanks to Belle as Wise’s body fall behind being cling by Nike (Joker mode) and Eous(Cyclone mode) as W landed on a helicopter, break the wind shield, and destroy the control panel before launching to a falling floor piece to fight Ethereals that landed on with them.
“Heat/Metal/Luna/Trigger” They transform with the other Memories as side panels show all nine base form fighting with them land into a tunnel after going back to Cyclone/Joker form then came out in a new form “Fang/Dragon” A new form with a memory that matches well with Fang and didn’t appear in the first W was use. Just like Fang has fang-like spikes on the lower parts of the limbs and F scars near the eyes, dragon scales patterns form all over the armor on both side with D scars overlapping the F. The Left side is cyan-sky blue (close to white) with the band rusty orange with stone text. The weapon it came with is a sword called Dragon Blade that has the same color as the memory and is attached to the side of their waist.
With Wise as the body, the Right side form a fang like blade to pair with the Dragon Blade as they dash through the enemies with precision strikes that ended them as W’s battles went through some side panels before reaching a different tower after seeing their teacher being taken by a giant glowing ether hand. “Sensei!!” They ran up the side of the tower, using their swords to push themselves upward and forward to the top, launching themselves with a single jump and reaching out to her. “Sensei!!” They only managed to touch the tips of their fingers before gravity pulls them apart as Carol said her last words to them then disappeared into the rift.
“Nnnoooooo!!!!” Sadness, Anger, Fear and Despair filled those screams as they fell with many enemies, from Ethereals to sinful humans, aiming to destroy them, then a rift opened and a purple streak came out with a direct shot into W, giving power beyond the normal Gaia Memory. “Frenzy” A giant purple monster head came out of the ground and swallowed the whole sector as an inhuman cry haunted the Hollow.

“It’s been a year since Hollow Zero reached the Zenless Zone, thanks to the sacrifice of the fallen and the help of the purple mane white armor demon that many survivors were saved. Still, who was that being that can reach all over New Eridu in an instant and can tame a dragon Ethereal…”
A Subway stops in Sixth Street as four people, two humans and two bangboos, half boys and half girls, exit and walk down the street, seeing the restaurants until they reach a place called Random Play. “Wise, is this the place?” Belle said as she held a key while her brother looked at the map. “Seems so, let’s see if the key works.” She inserted the key and turn which the door open for them to enter and what they saw inside was shocking, selves filled with VHS tapes with different genres of movies from before the Hollows were ready to be rented after dusting the layer off. “Whoa, didn’t know Sensei owned an entire shop.” “That explains all the movies she bought for movie night.” They explore around and Eous opens the backroom, inside was the H.D.D.S. ready to be used with the only changes is that two people can use it at once, and a note was taped to the control monitor.
“Dear Phaethon Twins,
I’m an ally that has seen the rot hidden in the final salvation called New Eridu. For now, make a life in this store your teacher once did before, then take the title of Phaethon as proxies and the Heavenly Devil original name. The two in one double boiled detective, Kamen Rider W. May the winds of Fuuto guide you to victory and peace.

“En na, en!” Nike shouted as she pointed to the closet that was an entrance to a floor in the ground. In the underground bunker was the Hardboiler and the Revolgarry park inside and ready for launch as well as what seemed to be a door to the Hollow and something that looked like a hollow generator. “At least we won’t need to pay for electricity.” Belle chuckled while checking out the work bench as Wise saw all the bangboos inside their capsules ready to be in service. “And these helpers can make it possible to do our side gigs in silence.”
*beep beep beep* “Alert, alert. Dopant has been spotted” The Hollow gate begins to change for a hollow near their target. “Let’s discuss more about this after taking out that Dopant.” “Yeah, I need some action!” Belle has already hopped on to the bike as Wise positioned himself to fall on the sofa with an open side. “Cyclone/Joker” “Henshin!” Kamen Rider W is soon formed by the winds of Fuuto that have been split apart by the hollows and parts are in different areas of New Eridu. Due to their train in both paths they took, the armor of W changed, Cyclone has a white fedora with a golden band and green markings that looks like wind passing through while Joker has a Blake hoodie with purple markings that look like one’s emotions came out in aura. By the time the light is green and purple, W (proxy version) drives into the gate to stop the monster.

The scene starts with W (proxy version) starting out towards the city before the scene changes to the title.
Belle with a fighting band and Wise with glasses exit Random Play with her stretching her back and him checking his watch they both head to the case, they then search for a lead by talking to the people of sixth street. Just as they solve the case, Masquerade Dopants came out of the shadows and attacked. Phaethon uses their hollow weapons. They jump back just to Henshin before the scene changes to the eight half walk forward with Extreme in the middle and golden floating above.
Wise appears in the left, Belle in the right, and a being covered in ether flames (Pyrois remove the flames when they appear) in the middle combined into W’s upgraded form (Pyrois adds their power to the mix). Accel in bike mode drives on the highway chasing someone. All 16 of W’s forms show off (including Fang and Dragon forms), followed by W driving the Hardboiler toward us with Revolgarry following behind. Wisps fly upwards to form W’s icon.
Belle and Wise work in the H.D.D. Center assisting the hollow agents in their missions before they join in the field with Eous and Nike with Xrex and his tall bangboo joining in, Dophant s and Dophetherals ambushes them as they jump back and W, Accel, and the Agent Riders Henshin. Accel’s three forms are shown ( yellow use the Nitro Memory) and W going through their form to Extreme, both the Main And Secondary Riders move through the battlefield supporting the Agent Riders with the Wisps Memories given their powers when needed. The two face the enemy leader head to head.
Kamen Rider Cyclone and Kamen Rider Joker dance together before being replaced by Cyclone/Joker W Pyrois Link prepares to fight major bosses of ZZZ with Memory boost. All Riders fight together, doing combos whether or not the Agents are in the same faction with memories of peaceful events scattered around before everyone does a group Rider Kick.
Wise and Belle enter back to the store with their allies wanting to rent movies while hanging out.
ChibiZZZ time- Mr. Z intel
“Hi Proxy it me, Mr.Z. I came to this alternate world where Phaethon gained the power of Kamen Rider W, and here with me are the twins, Belle and Wise!” Mr.Z shows Wise and Belle walking in and waving to the audience. “Hello everyone, make sure to tune into our broadcast ‘Phaethon Chat’ where we talk to our agents and learn a bit about themselves.” “Belle, stop using others to promote us!” Wise scolds his sister who places a promo poster. “I will watch them as soon as I have time to spare.” Mr.Z said as he set the video up. “Let’s get back on track by going through your introduction starting with Wise.”
Wise is the first to show his fighting set. “Whoa, that is one massive heavy sword for someone with your physique.” “Xrex teaches us a way to make long lead muscles to keep our fluid movement while gaining strength, though I got lazy on the exercise in Helios that I struggle with at times.” “I told you to hit the gym more, you make Hollow Breaker look like the problem. Plus I wanted to go first!” *cough* “Anyway, your weapon seems more than a giant sword doesn't it?” “Yes, it’s a polymorphic weapon made with forging techniques and material from our birth land, the same with Belle’s Hollow Dread.” “Our big bro made them in the Hollow and hid them under Revolgarry.”
“Right… Back to Hollow Breaker, it can morph into a spear, an ax, and a scythe to increase the effect of your fighting style.” “Styles. I perfected the three basic sword techniques to the heavenly state along with the three basic defense techniques which are vertical slash, horizontal slash, thrust, block, parry, and counter. I can freely rearrange the blade parts to any weapon form with any mode like double (all in one side), mirror (both sides are equal) and twin (dual wielding), the last one has the handle split in half by tips then folded to completion with naginata mode in reach.” “He also has a style for each pole weapon like Sky Spinning Spear, Mountain Shattering Ax, and Sea Crushing Scythe when he charges up. Add halberd mode for faster switching between styles with a smaller blade.” “Amazing… I can tell with dual mode you can switch weapon form on each handle, the same with naginata mode, and the spinning of it can reflect small projectiles away. What I would like to know is your Semblance if you don’t mind.” “It’s called Glyph Support, I normally buff ones resistant to ether energy but with using one of eight elemental Dust from the Dust gem in Staff mode, I can also buff one of their stats effects.

Back home we use a 8 element system, and I happily apply it to how I assist others in battle.” “And that not all, Wise can shoot arrows as the twin swords form a bow to snipe weak points and has a chakram shield to block and parry. His archery skills can cause Harumasa to be more serious than usual.” “Now that we’ve discussed the Phaethon brother’s combat skill set, it’s time for Belle to show her position as the Phaethon sister.” “And your Ultimate is called Cross Impact, care to explain?” “It’s just the three basic sword techniques done in an instant for top damage, though the weapon mode changes its performance so it’s best to notice the situation beforehand.” “Wise got it from reading a old manhwa.”
Belle was shown next displaying her fighting set. “Amazing, your marksmanship with that rifle is excellent but what’s with using it like a bat?” “Sometimes you need to bash foes away quickly if you can’t morph forms fast enough, though my sniping skills ain’t as flawless as Trigger despite saying I got potential. Luckily I can do splash damage with the double barrel grenade launcher in front and the micro missile launcher on back, plus my weapon can split into a triple barrel shotgun and sub machine gun with claws attachments on both.” “Those single hand held guns can become a pair of blade tonfas which she can use as hammers or batons, the fact that she can launch those claws was do to her Semblance: Chain Arrangement, making them become hooks for climbing to out of reach places or dragging enemies in for a close punch to being Yo-Yos of doom that saw through everything.” “Hmm… Belle, care to explain more.” “Well… Wise basically tell that I form chains with my aura at first, but I can now do traps and barriers and even make my own ammo. I use my Dust gem to give elemental effects wearing down foes, even apply it to my fists and feet when it’s time for punching and kicking.” “Just letting you all know, I’m a Sen type while she’s a Dou type.” “And your Ultimate seems chaotic despite being called Unity’s Strike.” “That because I can switch between guns and melee in the four parts, Launch (send them up in the air), Thrust (push/ pull them further into the sky), Splash (spread damage), and Crash (help with the fall) with each set effect the field.” “Belle just try a ton of combo until she believes that gravity is a friend.”
Wise and Belle fighting together as one unit with perfect synchronicity. “Hm. Didn’t know you can fight together.” “We fight as one when we’re together, and nothing can stop us from doing so.” Pyrois joined in. “Looks like Pyrois wasn’t let out.” “You got that right!” Pyrois form from the both of them (both voice versions are combined). “Not only that, you can play as W in any form, but only one meaning no switching form in the hollow.” W in different forms battles. “Well that all the time I have, the next interview is with a hybrid of human and ethereal, and no it’s not a Sacrifice or anyone from the cult.
