Oh slumber, carry me in your arms of peaceful oblivion as you sing lullabies of better days.
Wrap me in a warm hug, your hypnotic wisteria scent lulling me to bed.
Slowing my breathing, my heart with it.
Without you, there would be no escape for me from this endless maze
as i slowly lose myself in the thorns of this tangled garden.
