gaty’s hair was draped over her shoulders covered in warm water, her hair was a nice periwinkle and her roots were growing out at the time. the shampoo rinsed out of her hair as she sat up, water dripping onto her chest and shoulders, her knees barely poking out of the bath, the warmth of the water took over her senses, it warm water felt so nice it felt like she could drown in it and still enjoy it somehow, she plopped upright after she was done washing her hair and started scrubbing her body, then there was a faint knocking she heard her door slightly shaking at the sound, she already guessed that it was two or saw, maybe pin, but she never truly knew until she would go to the door.
she got up out of the bath and drained the tubs water slowly, soon after she wiped off the water and rapped a towel around her body making sure the towel covered everything, then she put on her favorite slippers, they were purple with little brown polka dots on them, before she opened the bathroom door to go to her living room she heard twos voice.
“ hey gaty are you in here? “ two said in a softer voice then normal
oh two, they were her dearest friend, her emotions for them were so hard to explain. she loved them so much but it was hard to tell if it was platonic or not, they talked everyday and constantly hanged out, made her laugh, made her feel actually happiness, without someone by her she didn't know her home or anything like that when she was alone, oh how gaty loved them.
“ oh yeah one sec! “ gaty exclaimed, not yelling but still said with loud intent.
gaty ran to the door and opened it, her hair was still dripping, slowly making her towel wet
“ two, hi! “ gaty said, taking her hand off the door knob and placing her hands being her back . “how are you?” gaty said soon after
two always had their hair in pigtails or some ponytail of the sort, gaty loved it, they were so pretty it made her feel so.. well its hard to explain, they made her feel happy but sad at the same time, she wanted to be with them in a like more of a friend way, it made her heart ache, still she loved them.
“ hi gaty! “ two replied “just wondering but are you free to hangout anytime soon? also sorry if this is a bad time i didnt mean to interrupt you“ two said fiddling with their fingers, their eyebrows were at ease and they seemed calm in a way but also not? they could be so confusing at times it hurt.
“uhmm yeah i think i am i should dry my hair off first before we do anything though.” gaty responded with a smile
“yeah of course! see you then ill just text you on a time, okay!” two said with a grin, two lightly shut the door slowly skipping away after that arms twirling with glee, now gaty thought why was it that they came all the way to her room they could have just texted her, after all.
after 20 minutes or so gaty’s phone buzzed, two, they texted her “do you wanna hangout like right now?” the message said, she read it over and over before replying “yeah, do you wanna come over to my place?” and few minutes after she texted two was there, at her door twirling theyre hair.
soon they we’re sitting on gatys couch, then after a few minutes of staring at eachother two blurted out “theres something i wanted to tell you, but you have promise me you wont hate me okay.” they said blushing, looking away slightly. gaty relaxed and let herself be for a bit before she took twos hand.
“me too.” gaty responded tucking her hair behind her ear, "but i think we should talk about this a different time, okay two?" gaty said softly soon after.
