She walked up to Nevada, who was just standing there. “So you’re gonna kill me?” He asked. “I’m sorry.” She mumbles. He put his hands up. “Okay then. Do it.” He said, strangely calm. “You-you’re just okay with this!? I’m going to shot you! You’ll die!” She yells, hands shaking. “Yeah, I know, but I know I’ve lost, you’re stronger, richer, have more supplies.” He responded, smiling. “Sometimes against all odds the weaker nation wins and you KNOW that! You’ve SEEN it!” Tears well up in her eyes. “I know… but you’ve already won, you just need to shot.” He said, looking down. “I’m sorry, Silver.” She whispers, before firing the gun. Blood splattered, as the bullet tore through fat, muscle, bone and the heart, and exited the other side.
She looks down at the mess of blood on the ground, and her brother unconscious. She kneels down, pulling him into one last hug. “I’m so sorry, it shouldn’t’ve had to end like this.” She starts crying, his blood soaking her suit. “Maybe in another life, another universe, we just got to be brother and sister, and all of this didn’t need to happen. I’m sorry. I’m so sorry.” She sobbed quietly.
