Work Text:
It had been a few days since the last fight. Abolish was currently sharpening his sword when a certain loud person appeared on his house.
"Pretty one! How are you doing?" Nikos yelled as he went over to his side to look over his shoulder at what he was working on.
"I'm fine, just refining a few weapons," he said as he sheathed his sword, "did you need anything?"
"I was just in the mood for training, and I thought, who's best to train with, if not my dear gladiator!" He grinned at him, glowing like the sun himself.
"Why do you want to train? To try out a new sword?" Abolish asked as he cleaned his station up and turned back towards Nikos.
"What I had in mind actually involves a lot more physical contact than weapon training," his eyes glistened with malicious intent.
"I will not agree to anything that involves killing me," Abolish deadpanned and Nikos burst out laughing.
"I would never, pretty one! This will barely include some bruising, nothing to worry about," he flapped his hand around, as if to say 'don't worry'.
"I hope that you know that if you do do anything to me, I will be voting for you every single time for the rest of either of our lives," Abolish threatened him.
"Like I said, I could never hurt you! You're too pretty! You're just for looking at — and the occasional sparring, as that is what I'm trying to do right now," he stated, pride ever present in his voice.
"Alright," he said and guided them to an open space behind his house, "how are we doing this?" He turned around to look at Nikos.
"Pretty simple, just like this." Without warning, Nikos ran up to him and attempted to lift him off the floor. Although Abolish was fast enough to get out of the way, Nikos still reached out and grabbed his arm, pulling him towards himself.
Abolish used the momentum to smack his open hand on Nikos' neck, attempting to hold on and bring him down without necessarily choking him. It did manage to startle Nikos, who took a stumble backwards that didn't do anything to soften Abolish's hold.
He grabbed Abolish's wrist as an attempt to loosen his grip. Having both of the shorter's wrists on his hands, he once again pulled him towards him to try and make him lose his balance and put his leg behind one of the other's knees to finally bring him to the ground, the hold on his neck slipping away as they fell together, Nikos' body on top of Abolish.
"Not bad," Abolish huffed as he tried to get his breathing back under control after hitting his back on the ground.
"Not bad indeed, pretty one," Nikos panted, unmoving, "you're actually better than I expected," he admitted.
"You didn't expect me to be good? Why would you ask me to fight then? That's mean," Abolish wriggled his wrists to no avail.
"Well, all I really wanted was an excuse to touch you, so I didn't really stop to think about the specifics." Nikos admitted.
"To touch me? Why would you..." He trailed off as he noticed that their faces were now mere centimeters apart, breaths intertwining.
"I'd think it's very obvious by now," Nikos' breath itched on his face as he kept getting closer, eyes jumping from Abolish's mouth back to his eyes.
He let go of one of his hands to hold the side of his face, the softness contrasting with the roughness from earlier, also giving him leeway to push him away if he wanted to.
Slowly, their lips touched. The feeling surprised Abolish, tensing up for a second before melting into it and reciprocating.
The warmth lasted way too little before it was gone, leaving a small gap between them as they breathed each other in.
This time it was Abolish who acted, holding onto the back of Nikos' head and bringing it down as he leaned up, making their lips meet in a still soft yet more eager dance.
As their kiss became more heated, Nikos let go of Abolish's other wrist and brought it down to hold his waist up, making their bodies meet. The movement made Abolish gasp, which Nikos took to his advantage by slipping his tongue inside his mouth, deepening the kiss.
Their tongues mover together like they were made for it, like if they'd done it a million times before. Hands danced on each other's bodies, touching fabric and sensitive skin, eliciting sounds and reactions that were eaten by each other's mouths.
"Abolish!" They heard a yell from the front of the house, which made them scramble to get up, Nikos sitting back on his ankles while Abolish simply leaned his body up from where he was. "Nevermind." Said Owen after barely having made it a step into their field of sight, "I'll be back later." He turned right back around and left.
Abolish flopped back down to the floor and sighed heavily.
"Ah, I feel bad for him, even if he can't really see." Nikos mentioned, still looking at where the blind man once stood.
"Yeah, and that means that anyone else could walk in on us, so we really shouldn't keep doing this," Abolish stated, looking at the man still sitting on top of him.
"Really? But I just want to stay like this with you forever." He leaned back down, placing his arms on the floor around the other one's head and leaned in to place a peck on his lips.
"Come on, seriously, anyone could come here," he laughed as he pushed Nikos off, who was now littering kisses all over his face.
"You're too pretty for me to care," Nikos looked at him fondly, Abolish could see his reflection in his eyes, together with immense amounts of love and more kisses incoming, or maybe he was just projecting, he wasn't sure.
"I still think others would care, though," he leaned up and planted a chaste kiss on his lips.
"Alright, you've convinced me, but that just means we're going to a more private place," Nikos said and got up, helping the other stand up too.
"I never expected less from you," he said as they walked inside his house, hand in hand.
