Chapter Text
It was a dope ass autumn evening. Kusuo was sitting in the school's courtyard, his mouth uncharacteristically upturned, in reverence of the world's natural glamour and shit. That was one thing, he thought, separated him from his brother. Kuusuke's technological brilliance left very little thought to nature. But in a way, he figured, that too was apart of the world's order, and he found the polarity pleasing. His mind had almost gone still, when he heard his name.
"Yo, Saiki!"
This bum ass nigga.
The voice alone he could recognize as Toritsuka, and he shut his eyes tight as he approached, naively hoping perhaps he wont see him. Toritsuka presumptiously sat beside him and rested his arm about Kusuo's shoulder, Aiura following in tow.
"Saiki can you please talk him out of this, I told him this bitch is like a walking disease!"
Kusuo took a deep breath and slowly turned his head towards Aiura in exasperation, tears almost leaving his eyes at the absolute bullshit.
*What?* he responded.
Inevitably, the grating voice of Toritsuka appeared, "Listen, listen! Bonnie Blue's only coming to Japan once, yo. There's no way I'm missing that!"
Kusuo's face instantly crumpled in disgust, the wrinkles remniscent of the aging he would have experienced if he hadn't trapped himself in this purgatory of tomfoolery he was reminded of in this moment.
*Nigga.*
The single word caught the attention of Aiura.
"Sorry, I thought you were talking to me," she muttered.
Kusuo sighed, exhausted beyond his wits.
Toritsuka paused and brought his hand up to interject, "Wait Saiki you cant say that! You're like Asian or something. Wait. Are you? Whats up with that, am I right?" He looked around for a response.
"Shut the fuck up." Aiura interrupted.
