Chapter Text
Surprise!
You got a boy in a girly disguise.
Hiding will be my demise.
Just because of what I comprise.
But assumptions are not wise.
I know boys are not good with magic.
And that is quite tragic.
But being a girl makes me manic.
I’d rather be staring at the open pelagic.
I don’t like tulle skirts or puffy dresses.
When I wear them, they add to my stresses.
I rather not because my joy suppresses.
I like jeans, it impresses!
I know you want a girl to do makeup with.
But I am more interested in Greek myth.
And I will not plead the fifth.
Because you have built me better than any blacksmith.
Percy Jackson may be a fun read.
But I’d much rather read it with you.
And even if you hate me now,
I’ll still read my books with you.
Sorry, if this disappointed you… but even if it did, I will still always love you!
