The Basic Premise:
To prevent the Second Archon War over Aether, Tubby suggested the women in love with him share him. They formed an organization, the United Harem of Aether (UHA), led by President Tubby and bound by the Constitution of the United Harem of Aether. Thus, each woman is guaranteed a date and time with Aether.

The Serious:
Signora returned to life as a Mirror Maiden. After regaining her memories, she went on a path of self-redemption, fixing her wrongs across the world and forging a deep friendship with Eula. Recently, her identity was exposed when she joined Aether and the others fighting Dottore in Nod-Krai. She then returned to Snezhnaya to declare her intention to retire.
While in Snezhnaya, she briefly met up with Odette. Additionally, Pierro cursed her: should the UHA ever interfere with Snezhnaya's affairs, Rosalyne's mind will be connected to a Delusion that will brainwash her. To get around this, Zibai used the three deadly selves technique to split Rosalyne's psyche into two parts: Rosalyne and the Mirror Maiden. Rosalyne now lives as herself in this new day and age, with friends around her.
Katarina escaped the Chasm thanks to Aether and joined the UHA. She found true friendship among the girls. Her strong desire to live a long, happy life with the people she now loves earned her an Electro Vision.
Jeht joined the Matra and now works under Cyno. She devoted herself to learning how to read, and after reading her mother's final letter, she earned a Hydro Vision.
Thanks to Sandrone, Albedo, and others, Direidyth managed to return to the current age in a semi-robotic body.
Aether's Tepetlisaur Companion, Little One, started a long and successful career as an actor and has earned numerous awards. After events in Natlan and a discussion with Neuvillette, Little One received a Hydro Vision. Little One also received a Vision for all the other elements because they were too talented. Little One uses they/them/it pronouns.
Arlecchino has been struggling to tell Aether "I love you" due to her trauma. Recently in her date story, however, she managed to say the words to him.
Ei finally reconciled with Wanderer. They are now on talking terms.
Everyone unironically adores and respects Furina, thinking of her as the strongest person in all of Teyvat for her sacrifices.
The Silly:
Little One's acting prowess allows it to impersonate anyone without being sussed out. It has infiltrated the Abyss, disguised as an Abyss Mage; Sandrone's officers, disguised as an officer; and the Harbingers under an Identity as Harbinger 6: The Thespian. Additionally, Little One disguises as Aloy to spy on the UHA for the dudes so they can spoil their attempts to flirt with Aether. Only Aloy has the common sense to see through Little One's impeccable disguise.
The Fatui have a Deadpool betting on who will join the UHA next. It is very popular.
Xiangling nearly caused all of Sumeru's wildlife to go extinct on her hunt for ingredients. Apep currently has a restraining order against her because the chef cut off the dragon's tail to use as nuggets for mint-dipping sauce.
Yae Miko has encyclopedic knowledge of all things sex. She teaches the other women how to best perform sexual acts for Aether.
Eula is hyper-sensitive to Aether's touch and easily climaxes.
When they met, Aether called Sandrone "cute." Aether's kindness began to occupy her waking thoughts. She built a mannequin resembling him to practice speaking to him without getting flustered. In her practice, she often imagines Aether's voice speaking back to her. Her delusions have proven so potent that during these sessions, she's found herself pinned to the wall with "imaginary Aether" threatening to dominate her and gaslighting herself into various sexual positions. Her diary, which details her Aether hyperfixation, ended up in Miko's hands and became published as a bestseller, "Diary of a Woman who is Deeply in Love and in Denial." It has earned a nonillion Mora, making Sandrone richer than Ningguang and Regrator combined. Thanks to the memory wipe, nobody remembers she's the author except for Yae Miko.
The dudes formed a companion group, the United Bros of Aether (the UBA).
Paimon is struggling with her own group, the United Companions of Aether (the UCA). They don't get much done.
Aether can do anything and everything for love. He tends to lecture the "children" of the women he dates about the birds and the bees.
Noelle, Barbara, and Lan Yan are so wholesome that aphrodisiacs have no effect on them.
Xianyun has adopted the following people: Shenhe, Ganyu, Shuyu, Skirk, Linnea, Wayward Hermetic Spiritspeaker. She'd also like to adopt Aino, but Ineffa won't allow it.
Tubby has managed to intimidate Arlecchino, Nefer, and Surtalogi. After their encounter, Surtalogi developed a one-sided crush on the brave Adeptus.
Cyno is the only one of Aether's bros who isn't a godfather to one of his girlfriends, a fact that makes him unhappy.
Dori started a card game for the UHA ladies called Traveler TCG where they can collect card variants of Aether tailored to their tastes.
Lauma's breasts can develop a gravitational pull.
Ajaw caused a Chibi Outbreak that made some of the girls become reality-warping Chibi monsters. As punishment, he's been sentenced to community service acting as a monster for no pay in Little One's movie series. If he refuses, they will castrate him. Nobody remembers the Chibi Outbreak except the UHA due to divine intervention.
One time, a Hilichurl got into cocaine laced with Abyssal power and went on a murder spree across Teyvat. It is currently pacified, but may go on another rampage if it ever stops being high. This is the Unusual Hilichurl.
Every treasure hoarder fears doing criminal activity in Mondstadt because Jean is such an effective guardian, and she tends to lecture evil-doers, "I'm not mad. Just disappointed."
Yoimiya with her hair down is so beautiful it can cause world peace.
Timmie became a multiversal god who traverses the multiverse in his Avian Palace under the name Timmie Lord of the Birds/Satan God of Birds. His immense powers allowed him to battle Duolingo to a standstill, causing distortions in the space-time continuum that briefly sent others into Teyvat. He is the most powerful being in the UHA multiverse. In addition to battling Duolingo, he fought Surtalogi and easily overpowered the Foul. He is only afraid of Yae Miko.
In a parallel dimension, Lumine has her own harem where she's seduced every man and woman in Teyvat. She is a conqueror, having romps that leave her lovers unconscious and groaning. She also keeps Dottore, Surtalogi, and Ronova locked in her basement, where she disciplines them.
