Student Council President Trappola!

Summary:

Just another day for the Student Council President of Rosebud Middle High, Ace Trappola.

Work Text:

"President! Grant and Parker are getting into a fight with students from another school!"

"President! Ruby's too weak to stand right now!"

"President! Cam can't find his wallet!"

A flash of red flew by, the rose red hoodie easy to recognize for students who wore the same uniform as the president. "Wah! She broke the record!" one girl who was holding a chronometer gasped as the girl with reddish orange hair slung a bag over her shoulder, a red cross on it.

"Seriously?!" the boy standing next to her exclaimed "And you're telling me she isn't in any of the sports clubs?!"

"She used to be in basketball, according to the seniors." the one holding the chronometer shook her head "But ever since she accepted the position of becoming the president of the student council, she had to leave the many clubs she was in!"

"Seriously! What can she not do?!" the boy let out, rubbing the back of his neck as he turned his head towards the figure.

"Cameron! Cameron, look!" the president called out as she ran to him. The sobbing boy looked up, seeing his wallet with the PREMO group stamped on the outer part in her hands. His eyes lit up.

"A kid found it and wanted to take it to lost and found. I recognized it." the girl explained with a smile "You showed it once during basketball practice while I was still a member."

"Aaaaaah! President, thank you very much!" the boy sobbed loudly, tears and snot streaming down his face. His fellow basketball member awkwardly patted his back.

"There there, no need to cry!" the girl assured, taking out a small pack of handkerchiefs and handing one to him, as well as the wallet "Make sure to hydrate in this heat!"

"Yes, president!" with that, the girl took off again, running over to her fellow schoolmate, who was on the floor, with her friend next to her.

"Erin, help me get her to the bench. It's got a tree next to it and it will help cool her off!" the girl explained, already slinging one of Ruby's arms around her shoulders. Erin did the same, the two carrying the faint girl to the bench. Ace took out a small towel from a bag, pouring a bit from her water bottle on it. She squeezed out majority of it before pressing it against the girl's forehead.

"It was way too hot on the ride, wasn't it?" she asked softly. Ruby nodded.

"Stay here and keep the towel pressed against your forehead, okay?" the president smiled "Erin, watch over her and make sure she stays in the shade."

"Will do, president!" with that, the girl with the red hoodie took off once more, heading in the direction her delinquent classmates she'd gotten used to were at. They looked like they were about to throw down.

"Grant, Parker!" she called, hands on her hips as she stopped right in front of the group "What's going on over here?!" she questioned, brows furrowed. Her schoolmates flinched.

"P-President..." Parker meekly greeted.

"T-These punks just bumped into us!" Grant exclaimed, pointing at them. The other students looked totally irritated by that.

"Nuh-uh! You did!" the one who seemed like the leader argued. And it looked like they were genuinely about to go at it again, much to the president's exasperation.

"Stoooop!" she exclaimed, stepping in front of the two groups. Both jumped back when she was right in between them.

"If you all end up fighting over something so little," she placed her hands on her hips "everyone'll end up laughing at your face! Especially the tower at Clock Town!" she pointed up at the tower with the white rabbit made out of leaves there. The other school's group all looked up at it in confusion, while her schoolmates just sweatdropped.

"W-Wait a sec! Who the woe are you?!" the leader of the other group asked, looking at her. The girl blinked before she smiled brightly.

"Nice to meet you! I'm the president of the student council of Rosebud Midle High, Ace Trappola!" she placed a hand over her chest as she introduced herself, red eyes brimming with energy. The group from the other school recoiled.

"S-So loud!"

"Jeez!"

"Who has this much energy so early in the morning?!" Ace beamed, totally ignoring their shock while reaching out and grasping one of the leader's hands with both of hers, warmly enveloping it.the leader blinked.

"See? We're now friends!" she smiled. The boy blinked before his cheeks began heating up.

"G-Guess so..." he murmured.

"I-I want a handshake, too!" one of his friends squeaked, reaching out his hand.

"S-Same here!"

"Me too!"

"W-We're all friends!" Ace laughed brightly in response, shaking all of their hands.

"She tamed them all..." Parker murmured.

"What did ya expect from our president?" Grant shrugged "She makes the impossible, possible."

"Isn't that a quote from a book or something? Wasn't the president talking about it just yester-" Parker got his mouth covered by Grant's hand as Ace waved the group from the other school goodbye.

"Dude, shut up!"

"You two should really stop causing so much trouble with others." Ace huffed, crossing her arms "Whether it was your fault or not, don't engage in little petty fights! You two are better than that."

"S-Sorry, president..." Parker bowed his head in apology.

"Whatever." Grant huffed.

"President!" the three jumped, seeing the sports team approach her "You must make a decision! Which sports team will you join?" the leader asked. Ace blinked.

"Uh? Well, if you're asking me, then I'll join all of-"

"She's joinin' none of 'em! Screw off!" Grant answered for her as he took a step forward, slapping a hand over her mouth before she could agree. Unfortunately, he was well aware of just how much the girl was willing to keep at it. She would join all of them and then cause trouble for herself.

"Grant, we didn’t ask you!"

"Too damn bad!" the boy began to drag the girl alongside him, Parker quickly hurrying along, leaving behind the sports teams' captains.

"Seriously..." the leader huffed in defeat.

"I can't believe you almost agreed to joinin' all of the teams, prez!" Grant huffed while Ace just smiled, the trio walking down to the spectator seats for the race "It's like your sense of self-preservation is non-existent! Not to mention runnin' yourself all ragged for the entire school!"

"I have never known a more selfless person." Parker sweatdropped.

"Cam coulda just gone to lost 'n found for his wallet! And we have the nurse's aids to help with anyone who's sick!" Grant continued.

"And maybe you shouldn't have gotten in a scuffle!" Ace said without any venom in her tone. Even so, both boys recoiled.

"Urk!"

"T-That's fair..." Parker nodded with a nervous smile.

"Even so." Grant huffed "Why's it always gotta be you who fixes everythin'? Makes no damn sense for you to do that when we have the teachers to help."

"Uh, Grant..." Parker tapped the taller's shoulder "She's- She's gone." Grant blinked.

"WHAT?!"

"Look!" Ace smiled, creating in her palms a small tornado with her wind magic. The crying children before her, a boy and a girl that both looked no older than 5, looked at it with sparkles in their eyes. With them focused on that, she was able to put a band-aid on the boy's scraped knee.

"That's so cool big sis!" the little boy gasped.

"You can do magic!" the little girl beamed.

"Mhm!" Ace nodded as she dispelled the small tornado "And I know another trick to show you! But it's a special one!"

"A special one?" they both repeated as Ace held open her palm, pressing her index finger against it.

"You draw a heart on your palm... And then wish as hard as you can for the thing you want!" she winked at them as she drew a heart on her palm. The small children did the same, wonder and confusion in their eyes.

"Charlie! Helen!" a woman cried out, running to her children. Both gasped happily as they ran to their mom, hugging her legs.

"Mama!"

"Mommy!"

"Oh, thank the Sevens..." the woman breathed out, relieved. She looked up at Ace, seeing the smile on the student's face.

"Thank you so much." she whispered. Ace nodded.

"No problem!" she beamed, unaware of Grant and Parker being a few steps behind her.

"Seriously..." Grant sighed, a fond look in his eyes.

"President is always ready to help, huh?" Parker smiled.

"A nice drink to cool off on a hot day..." Ace sighed happily as she sat on a bench, a pleased expression on her face. In her hands she held a cherry snd strawberry smoothie, the cold biting against her thighs and palms, something she appreciated. Being able to relax after helping others was nice, especially in an area where no one was around.

"Can I try, lotte?" her fairy peeked out from Ace's hoodie's pocket, eyes sparkling. The redhead smiled as she let Charlotte out of her hiding spot. Charlotte was a pearl red rabbit with a large, fluffy tail. Her ears had large hot red hearts on the bottom to match her big eyes, which have red wing-like lashes. She also had a button nose shaped like a heart and pale red cheeks. She wore a red collar resembling a flower, and a large red bow with a heart shape on each side surrounding a heart medallion.

"So cold, lotte!" Charlotte hissed once she tested the drink, her tiny face scrunching up.

"Yeah, but that's why they're so tasty, especially in this warm weather!" Ace beamed "I wish I could eat a cherry tart right about now..." she sighed dreamily. Charlotte pouted.

"Now I'm hungry too, lotte..." the fairy sighed, sulking. Ace had been prepared for that. With a smile, she tookout a small container filled with snacks her partner liked, opening it. Charlotte's mouth watered as she dove into the container, beginning to eat.

"So yummy!" the fairy cooed happily "Thank you Ace, lotte!"

"No problem!" Ace smiled, sipping on her smoothie. She was about to finish it when the ground began shaking. She blinked.

"Eh?"

"Uh?" Charlotte peaked her head out of the container as they both saw the figure of a monster fly sideways in the sky. The redhead blinked, her eyes widening.

"A Selfish?!" she exclaimed as she stood up, putting the container back in her bag. Charlotte let out a panicked noise,

"Today, too?!" the fairy complained "Why today?! We're supposed to relax, lotte!" she lamented as she wiped off any crumbs from her jaw. Ace frowned.

"Well, heroines don't get to have a break when it comes to helping others." she stated as she took her Lovead from the ribbon wrapped around the collar of her shirt "Let's go, Charlotte!"

"Yes, lotte!" Charlotte poofed into a cloud of smoke, becoming the Lovely Commune. Ace grabbed the device, inserting the pin-like decoration that was the Lovead.

"Precure! Love Link!"

She spelled L-O-V-E on the screen as a bright light engulfed her, changing her appearance completely. Her school uniform became a different attire entirely. Her hair grew longer and painted a reddish pink, reaching past her knees, and tied together in a pair of low twintails. Part of the twintails were bundled up into heart-shaped buns before they went past, the ends curling into hearts. On each side of her head was a cerise heart-shaped gem with a white trim, accented by the one on her torso at the left acting as a brooch, the ones on the bottom of her arm warmers, and the ones on her cuffs. The hearts on her head rested on a pink heart-shaped fabric. Her pink choker was scalloped at the top and her magenta earrings are heart-shaped hanging from two white pearls.

Her dress was pink with a white vertical line in the torso that connects to the scalloped, split trimming on her bodice, with a pink point below in the middle, followed by a baby blue scalloped layer, a pink peplum with white trimming, a frilly white petticoat, and magenta shorts. There are white straps with a magenta line in the middle circling the chest, shoulder, and waist, the shoulder and waist straps having white wing-like parts jut out at the left, especially with one acting as a sleeve to compliment the other sleeve. On the right side of her waist is a magenta ribbon with long heart-shaped tails. On the back right is her Lovely Commune. Her arm warmers are pink, trimmed in white, and have white frills on top, accented by her boots which have long white tongues, toes, and scalloped cuffs. Below her brooch is a white heart-shaped tie.

"Overflowing with love, Cure Heart!"

With her transformation complete, the girl jumped high up, chasing after the Selfish. It was a dark purple rabbit, dressed up similar to the rabbit she saw earlier. "Stop there!" she called, causing the creature to freeze mid-air and stop, falling down onto the floor and creating a large shockwave. Luckily, it was in an area that didn't have anyone around. The girl landed on a roof, her hair ruffling in the air.

"You've lost your love, sad rabbit. But there's no need to fret!" the girl proclaimed "I, Cure Heart," she formed a heart with her hands right in front of the brooch on her left side, a smile on her face "will restore your heartthrobbing love back!" she proclaimed, moving her hands up next to her face. The Selfish stared at her for a second before it lunged at her, jumping. Cure Heart smiled, jumping towards it.  Flipping mid-air, she landed a kick on its face, sending it back to the ground. It quickly got back up though, jumping up as the heroine landed on the floor. She looked up, seeing it attempting to crush her with its legs. She was quick to move out of the way, the creature landing on the ground, which cracked under the heavy weight. Cure Heart flipped back, getting distance.

"Don't worry. You won't suffer anymore." she assured as she inserted the Lovead into her Lovely Commune, drawing a heart on the screen. Her brooch began glowing as she pressed her hands over it.

"My Sweet Heart!"

She released a beam of pink energy at the Selfish, its eyes becoming a hearts as she purified it. Eventually, it poofed, becoming a heart with wings that Cure Heart cradled gently in her hands until it flew away. She smiled as she detransformed, while the area began to be restored. "A job well done!" she beamed, hands on her hips.

"I'm so tired, lotte..." Charlotte complained, dropping onto Ace's hair. The girl giggled.

"Same! Let's go find something to eat!"

"Yes, lotte!"
