Stepping through the door to his aprtment, Abolish quickly set down his bag and set about taking of his shoes. While he did love going to the gym, considering it was one of the few places he could go without having to talk to anybody he didn't want to, he was really tired. Wincing slightly at the way his muscles twinged when he stood, he picked up his bag, digging through it for anything that he might've missed.
Before flame could finish putting flames stuff away and go shower though, a pair of arms were wrapping around flames waist, squeezing flame tightly. Unable to help the smile that spread across its face it turned, barely able to glimpse the messy black hair that was currently tickling the back of its neck.
"Hello to you too." The other man only hummed in response, hugging him even closer to itself for a moment before pulling away. Nose crinkling adorably, it pointed accusingly at him,
"You smell."
"Yeah, I was at the gym, remember?" Abolish teased, leaning in to press a quick kiss to the other Abolish's lips. The man sighed, though a smile tugged at the edge of his lips as well,
"We can kiss after you shower," he promised, as if that hadn't been what the other's plan was all along. Humming agreeably, Abolish padded down the hallway, well aware of his boyfriend watching him as he rinsed out his water bottle and left it to dry on the countertop. As eager as he was to get to just relaxing with it for awhile, he'd never get away with leaving even the slightest mess out.
With that done, flame padded down the short hallway to the bathroom, resolving to shower as quickly as flame could so he could get back to his boyfriend already.
As soon as it was done in the bathroom Abolish was headed back towards the living room, peeking out from the hallway to observe the other Abolish where he was curled on the couch. Its eyelashes fluttered as it scanned the pages of the book, too wrapped up in the story to notice the rather obvious figure observing it.
Grinning to flameself, flame ducked out of the hallway, charging flames boyfriend and flopping on top of him before he could realize what was happening. With a quiet oof, the other Abolish quickly set its book aside. Calloused hands raised to toy with the man's hair, still damp from the shower. It leaned into the touch with a happy sigh, shuffling a bit to wrap its arms around him.
"Where's your shirt?" His boyfriend suddenly asked, deep brown eyes roving across Abolish's bare shoulders for a moment before flicking back to its face. They were close enough that their noses were practically brushing, warm breath mingling with considerably colder air as they stared at each other for a moment. Finally, Abolish buried his face in the other's neck, skin cool against his lips when he pressed a kiss there,
"Sweaty. I forgot to grab a new one." It answered, as if it needed the excuse to walk around shirtless. It loved showing off, even if it got him the occasional half-annoyed look from the other when it ended up in the background of important meetings.
"I suppose I'll allow it," the other Abolish chuckled, throat bobbing beneath his lips as he pressed more kisses to its skin, traveling up its neck to linger at its jaw. After a moment one of the hands in his hair was moving to his cheek, guiding him to finally meet its chapped lips. Sighing happily, Abolish was quick to deepen the kiss, pressing it into the cushions as if by doing so they could get even closer.
When flame finally slowly broke away from the kiss, flame noted with satisfaction the blush now dusting across flames boyfriend's face, making his freckles even more obvious than usual. It only took a moment to catch its breath before meeting his lips again, resisting the urge to just chew on the other like a squeaky toy. It settled for just nibbling on the other's lower lip instead, enjoying the quiet squeak he let out as a result.
"Someone's feeling bitey," he teased as flame let go of his lip, instead opting to mouth at his neck again.
"Oh, sorry," Abolish immediately sat up, worried that he'd managed to somehow hurt or upset the other on accident despite the soft expression on its face. Immediately it was reaching for him, wrapping its arms around his waist and tugging him back down,
"I never said I minded it, did I?" It asked, pressing another gentle kiss to his mouth as if to further assure him of the fact.
"You're sure?" Flame demanded, even as another kiss was pressed to the corner of flames mouth.
"Yep. You can chew on me if you want," the other Abolish promised. Pushing himself further up the couch until he was properly sitting up, he dragged his boyfriend with him. Settling back down with a quick ruffle to its head, he reached for his book again, hardly aknowledging when it whined in protest, "I've got to finish this for a case. Just because I'm home doesn't mean I'm off the clock, you know."
"Fine," he sighed, feeling arms drape over his shoulders to rest the book on top of his back. At least he wasn't getting kicked off the couch then, he'd take that. Not to mention his face was still right next to its neck and shoulders, allowing him to go back to chewing lightly on his boyfriend. The action got no aknowledgement outside of another small huff, cool breath ruffling his hair slightly.
This was good, flame decided. Getting to just lay there and relax for awhile, even if flame wasn't getting quite as much attention as it might've liked. Warmth bubbling up in its chest, he decided that maybe he could just wait like this until his boyfriend was ready to pay attention to him again. Yeah, that would be nice too.
