My Heart Aches For You
chapter 1
“Put the gun down an-“ *BANG* a gun shot could be heard from all over the room. That was the sound that came after he had just poured out his heart, the sound that he heard when he JUST had a breakdown. Blood had stained the white colored wall and ceiling.Like as if a bucket of red paint had been thrown at the wall and ceiling .Then a *THUD*could be heard it had echoed in the quiet once loud hallway, once a hallway that had been filled with yelling and a mysterious loud bang (that he didn’t want to talk about just yet). Verity slowly lowered his eyes and looked down, his eyes landing on a familiar figure, the person he had just begged to stay with him lay there on the hallway floor.
There lay Mob's dead lifeless body, blood pulling beneath him. Blood spreading ever so slowly, staining the white floor tiles of the place that was his “home”. Mob's jaw had been shattered upon the bullet hitting him and a bit of his skin from his face had been torn due the bullet that had just gone through his skull. Verity was just standing there (ball form ofcourse) in pure shock. What just happened, not registering yet. He looked down at where Mob's dead lifeless body was at, blood now creeping closer to him slowly but surely. He tried to roll away so he wouldn’t get blood on himself (because if he got blood on himself that would mean he would have to admit what had happened was reality. Maybe he was dreaming but he knew that he was very much awake) but he knew he already had Mob's blood on him. Not too much but a few specks of red on his face(HE HAS TO BE DREAMING IT CAN'T BE TRUE HE REFUSES TO BELI-) Even though he didn’t want to, he moved closer and closer like his body had been possessed by something. The sight that greeted him was something he never wants to ever see again, truly horrifying. That stare would haunt him for the rest of his immortal life. He had gotten so used to their normal greetings. An awkward stare from. Mob and Verity would give him his usual happy smile. But this time Mob wouldn’t be giving him an awkward look and Verity wouldn’t be smiling back at him. What he saw would forever be engraved into his memory forever haunt him when he closes his eyes There lay Mob's unmoving body (NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO NO IT CAN’T BE NO NO NO!!!).
Blood spilling from underneath his chin you could see the hole the bullet made when it pierced his skin (HE’S BLEEDING THIS IS A DREAM YES A DREAM IT HAS TO BE!!!). You could tell where Mob’s jaw had been shattered and most definitely you could tell where the skin had been torn. The sight was truly gruesome, a sight that he never thought he would have to see or maybe, maybe he knew sooner or later he would have to see this sight, maybe just maybe he had hoped that he would be wrong for the first time in his life. But he isn’t dumb he knew he would have to face the truth whether he liked it or not (is what he told himself he thought he had seen this coming acted like he had accepted that Mob had truly been like the others except he had left more differently than the others. The others had left because Verity had killed them). The blood had spread even more now it almost reached him, he could see his reflection on the blood instead of his usual happy/friendly smile there was a face of horror and devastation. He could see the tears start to wilt up in his eyes. He had never thought that he would ever cry because of the loss of someone. He thought it would be just like the others. He thought he would just feel empty. Oh how he wished that’s how he felt right now. He feels like hell and he is the only one to blame for this. HE was the reason why Mob was now dead, HE caused his suicide. If he had just controlled his anger or possissiveness better then Mob would still be alive he would still be asking him questions asking him where the nearest diamond or Gillian’s is but no he had to ruin it all again. He would have to bury his body somehow. By now the blood had reached it and was slowly staining his body. He tried to move but he couldn’t seem to find the energy or even want to move because this is what he deserved after all if he hadn’t have killed twixxel, he and Mob would still be somewhat talking. If he hadn't gotten out of control and turned into that freakish monster Mob would still think of him as his personal helper friend but now he was nothing because now the only person he had grown to actually care and love for is dead. He NEEDS to get out of here before he goes insane but he couldn’t just leave Mob's dead body here.
He turned around to recollect himself when he turned around there was no longer a body, there where Mob's dead body was now lay an ended pearl. “Right is an Enderman.” At least that solved one of his problems. Tears started to roll down his face slowly then faster. He wanted to cry even more for the loss of the person he considered most dear to him. Tears fell even faster the loss now has hit him full force. The blood had truly now stand him by now. He wanted to run but he found himself walking towards the enderpearl. “This is the last thing I have of Mob I will have to cherish this with all my heart, I NEED to protect it even if it costs me my life!” Said Verity in a broken voice he truly is tired of this. He picked up the ender pearl and rolled back to their Mobs house. That night he allowed himself to sleep on Mobs bed for the very first and last time probably. He placed the ender pearl next time just so he could like Mob truly wasn’t gone like he was here with telling him something random or asking him questions. But now it was silent. You couldn't heat anything except Verity's soft sniffles that came from time to time. He was now alone with no Mob to talk to, no Mobs to get rid of and no Twixxel. This was almost the perfect world except it was missing something no not something it was missing someone, and that someone is not coming back. He decided to close his eyes for what he prayed to be the last time but he very well knew he could never die; he would remain in this world till its very last dying breath. The next time he opened his eyes he seemed to be in a box, he realized that he now had a new player to help. He looked around the box to see if the ender pearl was still with him and luckily for him this cruel world decided to give him this one small thing, well this small thing meant the world to him. He made sure he looked presentable and started smiling using the same smile that he had put on for many different people. Then the box opened, levitating off the ground and in a puff of smoke it was gone. Verity was dropped when the box disappeared and so was the enderpearl. He made sure to somehow hold onto the ender pearl. He bounced up and down for a few seconds and said the same line he had a million times by now. “Hello! I’m Verity, your personal helper friend! Ask me anything! I know everything!” The new player looked excited upon hearing those words. “You know everything aight bet!” Was what the new player named Grox said.
