"Oscar please please, I will buy dinner for you, let me have this date, come on mate I need this date" Lando practically on in knee begging Oscar to cover him so he can go on a date with the new spaniard boy that just transfer to next door dorm last week.
" Urghh, Lando I have 2 assignment due this week, I don't have time to cover your shift for the week. And what would Andrea do if he know you skip shift second time this month" .
Oscar argue while arranging his backpack, he already late to class now he might need to stand at the front of the class cause Professor Hannah hate people on time to her class.
" But Oscarrr, what if he is the one, what if he is my future husband, what if he the one that make me stop clinging and bothering you all the time? , so please cover me please , i will owe you big one for this"
Oscar stop stuffing his backpack for a moment, that is wonderful to not have Lando clinging to him like a Koala all the time when he get a boyfriend.
" Fine!! But you owe me big one, if I ask you to do something for me, I want you to agree with no questions ask okay"
Lando jumping from the bed and circling Oscar few time " Thank you Thank you Oscar, you know I love you right" he place a few sloppy kisses to Oscar cheek.
" Urghh gross, Lando you still have some chetoss crumbs around his mouth"
Before Oscar even raised his hand to slap Lando shoulder he sprinted across the room to the dorm hallway.
" Byee, sorry I love you Oscar, Run to your class Oscar or Professor Hannah will be mad " Lando shouted while running to hallway, he actually late to his own classes but for a date with hot guys late to class will be worth it.
Oscar dodging people left and right, the 11 a.m class just warp up so there are a lot of people on the hallway, he only have 5 minute before Professor Hannah lockup the door to her Class.
After practically spirnting from the literature building he made it to his sit with 30 second left. Oscar is out of breath all the effort ironing his shirt this morning is useless, his shirt now crinkle and has few spot of sweat from running around.
"You okay there mate? Need some water? But I only have Redbull " Max passing his redbull can to Oscar to offer if he wants some of it.
" N No thank you" Oscar reply still trying to calm down and breath properly.
" What happen? You usually on time actually you always early to class"
Oscar take a deep breath and sighed " Lando happen"
Max chuckled " Ahhh nothing happen then"
" You know - before Oscar can finish his sentence Professor Hannah walk in with frown on her forehead.
Both of them press their lip together, this is going to be a long class.
After 2 hour and half of nonstop talking from Professor Hannah the class finally end.
" Do you to grab lunch at the cafeteria, I heard they add new item on the menu today, it getting quite boring eating the same mac and cheese everyday". Not that Max like the mac and cheese it just that the only thing that atleast edible for his pallate.
" I wish I can but I need to run the the clinic I already promised Andrea I will help with the stocking up the clinic medication, I maybe grab lunch from the vending machine or maybe steal Andrea lunch" Oscar sighed why did he agreed to help to stock up the medication while he didn't even have time to sit down to have a lunch.
" Aw, not a good timing, maybe next Thursday we can grab lunch together" Max waving hand to Oscar and make his way to the cafeteria.
Oscar drag his leg to the clinic slowy, it was fine working part time at the university clinic, he get extra pocket money but sometime with his schedule already being pack he contemplating is it worth it to work as part time staff at the clinic. He didn't do yo much sometime help Andrea assist patients, sometime he work on the registeration counter depends.
One time he assist Andrea to wrap bandage on sprain ankle but the patient it self was Lando, he sprain his ankle because he wake up to fast and forget that he sleep of the upper bunk bed.
Oscar wrap the ankle extra tightly and nagging nonstop to Lando, Lando already cup both side of his ear cause the Andrea also nagging to him.
" Andrea which medicine I need to restock? " Oscar make his way to the office and put his backpack down.
" The second of the cabinet need to be restock, I already put the list on my table, you can refer that one"
Oscar go thourgh the list and restock all the medication " Andrea do you have something to eat, I practically come from class to here didn't have chance to buy lunch"
" I have half of burrito if you want, didn't feel like finishing it"
Oscar find the half eaten burrito at the office and munching it while going thourgh the list to make sure all medication already stock up.
" Alright I'm done with stock up and for Lando shift I will be covering for him tomorrow he got last minute presentation"
Andrea raised his brow " last minute presentation, I thought he already done it last week, he doing dumb stuff again isn't he?"
" Aah I forget I already used that excuse last time"
Andrea shook his head " Tell him I said hi, he is not like you that take a shift for part time, he need to take the shift as payment to the broken cylinder tube that he broke last month".
" I will definitely deliver the message word by word to him, don't worry" Oscar chuckle as he pack his backpack to go back to the dorm.
