Anastasia found herself staring at a report that had been brought to her, it was a report on a black haired boy that she had initially dismissed as a foolish boy that had embarrassed himself in front of the sage council and by extension his lige. Then as if nothing did a complete one eighty, formed a genius plan to take down The White Whale and The Sin Archbishop of Sloth that's right from getting beat down by her own knight to becoming a well known and respected figure, not only that but rumor has it that he also vanquished The Great Rabbit.
–How could I have overlooked such potential– She bitterly thought to herself how could the greatest merchant since the great Hoshin could have overlooked such potential –Not that it matters now…–
As she stared at the document its was clear why he was such a mystery, the report on him was shrouded in mystery a person that appeared out of nowhere report said that he was first spotted on the capital not long before the start of the selection roughly a month or so, the rumor said that he was involved in a fight in the slums with “The Bowel Hunter” the same that was now confirmed defeated by his camp.
–First he arrives at the capital with no one seeing him get there then he gets involved with an assassin– The more she read the more intrigued she became – not only did he face the assassin he somehow got The Sword Saint involved–
But what troubled her more than anything was that he seemingly came out of nowhere at least that was what she had thought as she made her way through the report it became painfully obvious why he had a ghost's history. Two figures that initially seemed unrelated, a high ranking divine general of the Vollachia Empire, Kenichi and The newly appointed queen of Gusteko Naoko both sharing the same last name as Him, Natsuki that was their last name. At first she had to double check it couldn't be possible.
–What… a divine general of the Vollachia Empire and the queen of Gusteko– She Had received the reports not long after she had ordered the status in each country, not long after reading them things started to fall in place as she connected the dots
Kenich, The newly appointed general, said that he killed Oldbart Dunkelken the third Divine General in an uprising that started in Gladiator island, Kenichi led a revolution against the empire taking over a vast amount in a short time not long after Vincent Volachia the 77th Emperor declared him his illegitimate brother which led to a cease fire for the revolutionary army and the the vollachian army, later he was granted the title of the Third Divine General
–Without a doubt that's the tactical genius that Subaru Natsuki exhibited on his conquest of the whale and the archbishop– It was something Anastasia concluded as she finished the report.
Naoko, The now queen of Gusteko contracted with Odglass-sama the Benevolent Mother one of the four great spirits, shortly after the coronation the country seemed to experience a better life all through out new ways of living had been brought by the queen greatly improving the cold desert that was gusteko hushering a new front for the country and its inhabitants, she was greatly known for her great altruism.
–It could explain Natsuki-kun´s same mind set– Right now in her head the pieces were lining up
It could all be explained but outside of the apparent family achievements there was nothing more not their births not their childhoods its as if they appeared one day and achieved amazing things in the span of a year or so, but one thing was certain the Natsuki family were amazing tide changers everywhere they showed everything changed.
After finishing the reports on the strange individuals that they were she got up from her desk chair and walked to the balcony, as she stared to the landscape of the water city of pristella she reflected on what was to come in later that same day after all, all three individuals were to be here at the same time she pondered if the family had a falling out, why she had never heard of either of them contacting one another she certainly had the information network, so what happened to them
It was now fire time Ansatasia had been long waiting the time when the camps were to meet but another thought accompanied that one the two surprise guests that were to come she was informed that they had arrived tho the city but they had not come to the inn, it seemed that they were touristing the city.
Subaru found himself at a plaza center where there were a lot of people gathered around it had not been long since he arrived at the city, initially they tried to take a water dragon to the inn but he trowed up in the boat so he and his contracted spirit additional Emilia-tan had decided to accompany them oh how sweet she was.
–Wow look Subaru there's a loooot of people there, I wonder what they are doing? – Emilia-tan with her ever loving silver-bell voice asked him
–I dont know mili, maybe there is an event, what do you think Beako should we go check it out? – Subaru turned to his cute spirit as he asked
–Betty thinks it might be interesting– The spirit told his contractor all be it she clearly only cared if it was of his contractors interest.
As they made their way through the crowd of people a melody made its way to their ears, the melody itself was sweet and romantic it seemed tailored to a romantic ball between couples,
Making their way through the crowd they spotted two individuals dancing in harmony, Emilia looked at them and found herself hipnoticed, she turned to Subaru but as she looked at him it seemed that he was in shock, Beatrice at his side seemed aware of the emotions of her contractor but couldn't seem to find the source of those same emotions.
But before they could ask him what was wrong the dancing couple turned to their direction as if knowing Subaru was staring ever so intensely at them. Before Emilia could reprimand his knight for staring at the couple, they spoke.
– Subaru?! – Both of them said in unison their voices overlapping with each other.
Subaru froze, a moment later he spoke – Mom? Dad? – his voice catching itself as if it were a fantasy he couldn't distinguish
A moment later Subaru ran to where they were leaving Beatrice and Emilia perplexed, he rant till he was next to them their voices now far, moments later they all embraced in a tight hug, soon Emilia and Beatrice were next to them but they also notice other individuals approaching Beatrice could tell one of them was a spirit, a great spirit matter of fact, whale emilia distinguished two others fro they were wearing vollachian military outfits.
Not long after the reunited family stood up wiping their tears. They composed themselves before turning to the small crowd that was composed by a royal candidate, two great spirits, and two vollachian soldiers. The family seemed to look at each other before Subaru nodded to them and spoke.
– Emilia-tan, Beako these– signaling to the individuals behind him – are my parents– needless to say the revelation was shocking to both of them, in fact the only one seemingly not affected by this was the bear-like spirit.
– S-sir is this true!?– one of the soldiers spoke up followed by Emilia – Subaru are these your parents! I-It is nice to meet you miss and sir– she spoke bowing before them
– It is nice to meet you to– spoke the woman bowing as well
– its nice to meet ya little lady – spoke the muscular man decor bowing
– Lets get back to the inn and we can answer your questions– the woman spoke to all the small crowd that had formed
