Contextual History:

The world that the story “Damned world” is set in is a fictional world different from any of Gege Akutami or Horikoshi’s continuity. btw this contains spoilers if you don’t mind.

This world is set as follows, basically the timeline for this story and it’s history:

2086, the events of jujutsu Kaisen: modulo take place as humanity loses the ability to leak cursed energy and cursed energy no longer compounds at a rate to make cursed spirits a common occurrence.

2087, The Simurians leave the earth and all knowledge of Simurians is put under the carpet and destroyed by the remnants of Jujtutsu higher ups and the Japanese government in order to prevent unrest.

2091, The first heavenly restriction users are born across the globe, and they are the last remnants of jujutsu society which have technically been disbanded and now is managed by Itadori and the Gojo clan with Okkotsu Iori as head. All of the old generation sorcerers have died out and the new generation were stripped of cursed energy and their techniques. Tsurugi Okkotsu becomes the heir of the Gojo clan due to his heavenly restriction.

2189, almost all of the heavenly restriction users have passed away. Those not yet dead have retired and Itadori is left to exorcise curses until the next generation of heavenly restriction users are born.

2189-2315, No heavenly restriction users are born. Itadori continues exorcising the remaining curses and destroying evidence of jujutsu society and jujutsu history, in order to prevent it from falling in to bad hands.

2316, Itadori divides his eight fingers into cursed objects and then seals them; Itadori doesn’t seal his soul into these cursed objects, rather He stays in the limbo to filter cursed energy from all beings before they enter the cycle of reincarnation.

2136, A glowing baby is born in china as a mutation of cursed energy present in the child at birth, this practically gives the child and humanity as a whole weaker but distinct versions off heavenly restriction at birth. This phenomenon is later dubbed meta-abilities and then Quirks.

2316-2340, the world falls into anarchy with the age of quirks as governments collapse and Local authorities in First world countries manage to maintain some semblance of order despite federal collapse.

2341, All for One is born. Some years later, his younger brother Yoichi is born.

2357, The reign of All for One begins and subsequently the resistance against him also begins and builds up under a single organization.

2427, Federal government are back up in the running across the globe, even nations such as Cyprus and Puerto Rico manage to restore order.

2561, All Might is born while Nana Shimura is just a teenanger who wishes to be a hero.

2579, Nana Shimura, Gran torino and Yagi Toshinori fight All for One and Nana dies while covering Gran Torino’s retreat with Yagi.

2581, All Might goes to America after graduating UA, a year prior and make a name for himself.

2599, Izuku Midoriya is born.

2601, All Might comes back to japan, and make his debut as a popular hero.

2610, All Might fights All for One and gets his injuries.
