Luz still couldn’t believe she was dating Amity.
You look so pretty and I love this view
She looked over to Amity, who was lying next to her. Amity looked over at her, blushing. “What?”
“You’re beautiful.”
We fell in love in October

Amity covered her mouth, hiding a smile.
Looking at the stars
Admiring from afar
Eventually, they turned back over to watch the sky.
For Luz, it was like the sky was dancing for them.

Even after it all, defeating Belos, befriending the Collector, and being saved by the titan, Luz still thought the most amazing thing that ever happened to her was having Amity feel the same way towards her.

Amity had even been there for her when she lost all of her memories. Luz had even forgotten her, and still Amity was there for her. There really was nothing that could change that.

Luz shifted, getting off of her back and onto one knee.
Amity gasped. Luz smiled nervously.
“Amity,” she began. “I’ve been wanting to ask you this for a while. Even after all these years, I still can’t believe I ended up with someone like you. And I’d like to change that. Would you do me the honour of changing this disbelief we’re dating to a disbelief we’re married?”
Amity covered her mouth, happy tears in her eyes. She looked at the floor, giving a small, happy nod.
Don't bother looking down
Luz cupped her hands on her chin and tilted her gaze up.
“I love you so much, Amity. You’ve always been here for me. I want to be here for you for the rest of my life. So… will you marry me?”

She nodded, then threw herself into Luz’s arms. “Yeah.” She sniffed. “Of course I will!”
