From the moment he'd stepped onto the U.S.S. Foster, Gibbs hadn't been able to shake off that feeling.
Of unease.
His gut's telling him that this case they're investigating into the death of Navy Seaman Russell MacDonald whose body was found weighed down with chains isn't over yet.
Not..
Not by a long shot.
If anything, it's just beginning.
That's why Gibbs, Tony and Kate are on the ship.
To investigate things even further.
To interview his C.O. and crewmates.
See what they thought of him.
What better place to get clues and a possible motive for what happened than on the ship MacDonald served on?
It's neccessary.
Essential.
They need to do a thorough examination.
Make sure it's all in order.
Hopefully, in time they'll get answers.
And maybe even stop the next attack MacDonald planned, whether it's elsewhere on or this ship.
