In this AU, it follows the canon timeline of wings of fire’s lost continent arc up until book 15, the flames of hope. Additionally, the first hivewing they used the heart of salvation on turns out to be Aphis (orange) , who Crickets convinces to go with them. Unfortunately they run out of time to plan an attack and flee to Pyrrhia, carrying the whole chest of hearts of salvation with them.
The plan is to send a spy team with dragons from each tribe, like they planned in canon, but our favourite space beans translated into wof dragons will be travelling instead :D
They will take the hearts of salvation with them back to Pantala.
Here is a list of changed names for the skeld crew and some info:
Red (Red, skywing names can be colours) - skywing general, previously a very lowly soldier
Orange (Aphis, hivewings names are bugs, aphis nerii is a orange bug thing)- hivewing, no hivemind cuz they were one of the hivewings tested on with heart of salvation
Yellow(Verdin, verdins are birds with yellow heads that live in the desert)- sandwing, knew Brown during the war they both worked for Burn
Lime(Malachite, malachite butterflies)- silkwing, really good with making stuff with silk, chrysalis member
Green(Gympie, gympie gympie aka suicide plant or smth)- leafwing, similar to Mandrake, he’s not grumpy
Cyan(Prismatic, just a positive adjective)- rainwing, similar to kinkajou, dragon with lots of potential
Blue(Blue, seawing names can be colours too)- seawing, Coral specifically chose him for his looks
Purple(Vigilwatcher)- nightwing,
aren’t u a special lil one Purple can see da future, a bit better than moon which was why she was chosen
Brown(Coypu, some kind of semi aquatic rodent)- mudwing, knew Yellow
Black(Meteorcrusher)-nightwing,
Some smartass who worked alongside Mastermind so extra nightwing I guess
White(Aufeis, fancy word for ice patches)- icewing, first circle icewing
The heart of salvation is still evil by the way, it’s kinda like ore+.
You may be wondering what the reactor incident will be, and it’ll be the nightwing volcano eruption!
As for how Red and Purple meet you’ll have to read the prologue to find out, I do have some history planned for them that’s somewhat similar to what happened in the among us show universe >:D
