Well, it seems the inevitable has finally happened; the city council had decided to put our humble city on the map… quite the change, since the Free City of Solaris has been officially declared “lost” since shortly after the Sundering of the Arcane Realm.
We have thrived here in our secrecy, and that secrecy has been a necessity since we’ve been skirting the bounds of the Treaty of Division. Making Portals to the Demon Realm may not be against the Treaty, but experimenting with Titan DNA most certainly is, and allowing Demons to move into our city would certainly bring us no love from the other Free Cities. The Council feels that this no longer matters; we should show our magical and technologically superior ways as the last true Arcane Realm City… they’ve arrogantly taken to calling themselves the Last True Children of the Elohim! Bah, if that were true, they’d allow the mixing of Angels and Demons rather than forbidding them from procreating with each other. But I best get back on topic, lest this first report become the beginnings of a political manifesto.
The secrecy of our city will end with this project. Failure would see us wiped off the map entirely, while success would see us as Emperors of a new Era… The Taboos we will be breaking are ones even I shudder to cross, but I cannot deny that as a Scientist and Arcanist, I am thrilled by the challenge!
After all, how often is one tasked with engineering a Bio-Weapon… especially an Omni-Class Bio-Weapon?
I have begun work by assembling a team of the best and brightest Solaris has to offer, and gathering all preliminary information and reports we have on the [REDACTED]. For the sake of maintaining secrecy, the [REDACTED] shall hence forth be referred to as “Archons”.
Thus far, only 9 Archon Specimens are known to exist and appear to come in two varieties. Four of these Specimens are considered “Pure” and created through some unknown form of Immaculate Evolution. The other five are “lesser” and appear to have been created directly by one of the Pure Archons. We will refer to them as Primary Archons and Secondary Archons respectively. Each of the specimens has also been given a designated code name.

Addendum: It appears there is a slight variance among the Primary group. Subject Alpha, the first recorded instance of an Archon, is supposed to have been of a different species than the others. Closely related, but likely a genetic ancestor.
These Archons are the reason for this project. They possess near-limitless magical ability, infinite lifespan and regeneration, and a total inability to die, in addition to each of the Primary Specimens possessing a unique magical trait that is impossible to replicate at their level. Recently, a new Primary Archon has been observed; henceforth known as Subject Delta.
The appearance of Subject Delta is surrounded by strange goings on. The Union has been in a tizzy over the Subject, and they appear to have been directly involved in the re-emergence of Subject Gamma, better known as [REDACTED]. The two seem to share some emotional connection, but have also been observed as possessing some kind of symbiosis
The return of Subject Gamma, and the creation of Subject Delta, is also closely related to the first recorded appearance of the Secondary Archons in many years, though intel reports indicate a fracture within the group, likely exacerbated by the absence of Subject Beta, whom was the Progenitor of the Secondary Subjects. Those same reports claim that Subject Alpha is involved in the absence of Beta, but this is unconfirmed.
The bottom line is; the Secondary Archons prove it is possible to create an Archon, so long as another Archon acts as Progenitor to them. With the creation of Subject Delta also reminding the realms of these creatures, the Council has given us a clear directive.
