Laza went out of the room to look up at the sky when he saw something falling into the atmosphere. "Is that a shooting star?" he wondered. "Why is it coming closer…?"
Suddenly, he realized what was coming towards him. "Oh no, it's a rocket ship! It's going to crash! AAAAAAHHHH!!!"
He quickly got out of the ship's way before it crashed into the ground. Out of the cockpit came a mysterious blue crystal that reflected the moonlight beautifully as it fell down. A mysterious creature from another planet rushed out from the crack in the window to retrieve it, and the frail little boy caught the gem as the alien fell down to the ground and a small sheet of paper caught fire.
"Hello… whoever you are. My name is Laza." He introduced himself gently. "Where are you from?"
The alien pointed at the sky. "Oh, you must be looking for a new home. I'm looking for my sister, Luna." Laza handed the crystal to his new neighbor and told it, "I think this belongs to you."
The creature nodded eagerly at Laza. Suddenly he shouted, "That gives me an idea! Be right back!"
A few minutes later, he came back outside with a piece of paper. "Cover your eyes," he said. The creature followed him, and he showed it the paper. "You can take them off now."
The alien took its hands off and saw what Laza had drawn. "Surprise!" he shouted out happily. On the paper was a picture of the two of them holding hands, with the words "Welcome to Planet Earth!" written below them. "Do you like it?"
The creature nodded. "You do? I'm glad you did! That reminds me… would you like to be my friend?"
The alien creature nodded its head.
"Me too!"
