Gregory and Cassie have recently gotten into a relationship, and have been wanting to spend more time together. Tonight they wanted to have a movie night! They went down into the kitchen area to gather snacks and candy for the night.
They both decide they want to watch The Lion King because it's one of their favorite movies. Once they get to the kitchen they begin to look through the cabinets looking at all the snack options.
“There is so much in here…” Gregory says, amazed by just how many options there were. His snack cabinets were never filled like this at his own home.
“Yeah, my dad really likes to load up on snacks, especially when he knows people are coming over.” Cassie says as she begins grabbing snacks that range from popcorn to chocolate bars.
Gregory begins to grab snacks of his own before coming across the lollipop area, as he looks at the lollipops he remembers something he heard about before, and starts blushing heavily.
“Gregory? Are you okay?” Cassie asks worryingly because Gregory just suddenly turned red.
“Y-Yeah I-I’m fine.” Gregory says while trying to hide his face
“Are you sure, because you just suddenly turned red when you saw the lollipops? You don't have to tell me if you are uncomfortable, but I wanted to make sure you're okay.” Cassie asks gently, making sure to make Gregory not feel pressured to say anything.
“I… t-the reason that happened was because I remembered something where lollipops can help make kisses better…” Gregory says quietly, almost hoping Cassie would not hear.
“O-Oh that’s actually really interesting… Would that actually work though?” Cassie begins to turn red herself at the thought of even a kiss, because they have not had their first kiss yet.
Gregory, getting a sudden surge of confidence suddenly blurts out, “What if we tried it together…?” Realizing what he just said Gregory quickly covers his mouth hoping he didn’t just make everything really awkward.
“I-I mean I guess we could… I would want to try a normal kiss first though.” Cassie says nervously, but wanting to try this with him.
“Really?! We don't have to if you are not comfortable doing that yet.” Gregory made sure to double check that she was okay with this before making any moves.
“I am comfortable with it.” Cassie says as she gets closer to Gregory, they both then lean in and share their first kiss together. It only lasted a few moments, but they were taking every second to enjoy this experience together.
“T-That was amazing, I really enjoyed that…” Gregory says while still processing this moment because he did not see this coming tonight, but one thing that he knew for sure was that he really enjoyed it.
“I agree… that was better than I ever could have expected.” Cassie says while processing the moment as well, after taking a few seconds to process everything she turns back to the lollipops and says to Gregory, “Do you still want to try the lollipop thing?”
Gregory nods and asks Cassie, “Which flavor should we try?"
Cassie thinks about it for a second before picking out the cherry one, and giving it to Gregory. Gregory then recalls what to do to set it up, and wets the lollipop before rubbing it across his lips a few times.
“I think we can try to kiss now.” Gregory says as they lean in, and kiss each other again. They immediately notice the difference in the kiss with it having a more sweet and fruity taste to it. After a few seconds they pull away to process everything.
“Safe to say that theory is definitely true.” Cassie giggles to herself. She really loved the first kiss and didn't think the lollipop would change much, but she was definitely proven wrong by that kiss.
“I didn't think that would actually work as well as it did… Typically stuff I hear about from people is completely wrong, but that was not. I really enjoyed that” Gregory says as he and Cassie share one more quick kiss before realizing that their popcorn has been done popping for a while, and go watch their movie together.
