Work Text:
“KATSUKI, ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME?!”
Oh, great. Now I know i’m fucked. Hatsune Miku’s artificial shriek rings through my ears alongside her stomps that echo through the whole house. She storms into the kitchen, wrathful tears brimming her blue eyes. Her hand clutches my phone so hard that cracks form on the edges. Anger sparks within me and I rise and slam my palms on the wooden table.
“WHAT are you doing with MY PHONE?” I shout back. “ THAT’S THE THIRD ONE SINCE WE STARTED DATING!”
The first one was destroyed on accident. I had left it in a chair that Miku had accidentally sat upon. Her natural strength caused its screen to shatter. I didn’t know the extent of her strength or exactly how much power she could have over me, so I was quickly silenced when I had gotten angry. The second was on purpose. I had been out too late and once I’d arrived back to our apartment she snatched the device from my pocket and with ease she snapped it in two. Last time she was nice to me, about a week ago, she’d promised it wouldn’t happen again, then offered me a kiss. It was the nicest feeling I’d ever had.
At my retort, Miku grips the device harder. “I’ll stop once you tell me who this ‘Izuku Midoriya’ guy is!”
I clench my teeth in rage, my self-control dwindling. “Deku’s just a friend!” I protest, but Miku’s having none of it.
“Then why,” she growls, “Does he have a nickname and I DON’T?” She screeches, the robotic voice like blades in my ears. I never did like her voice anyway. Fuck it, I think to myself. I rise to my feet and leap at her, the sweat in my palms forming small sparks. Big mistake. With one hand, Miku grips my shirt collar and flings me at the wall. Pain shoots through my body as an audible crack makes my stomach lurch. She broke something. Again. Inky black plays at the corners of my vision, threatening to take over, when Miku grabs me by my hair and lifts me to my feet, and suddenly the pain dissipates. I groan in exasperation, both at myself and my girlfriend. How could I be so stupid?
“How could I be so stupid?” Miku jeers mockingly. Of course she knows exactly what I’m thinking. Alongside enough strength to fling me across the room, she also possesses an uncanny ability to read my thoughts, which is how she knows the password to my third phone that’s probably beyond repair by now. My suspicions are confirmed when I see it lying on the floor, cracks like spiderwebs visible on its screen,
“Now you know what happens to bad boys who don’t behave,” she says with a smirk.
This isn’t the first time she’s whooped my ass, or ‘disciplined’ me, as she calls it. With an uncanny stretching sound that makes my spine tingle, her left electric-blue pigtail extends towards my phone and picks it up. A blue pulse runs through it and its cracks instantly disappear. Yet another one of her quirks. “Good boys don’t ask questions,” is what she tells me whenever I question it. She tells me that when I ask her age, where she’s from, if she’s dated anyone before me. I’ve learned that staying quiet and submissive is the best thing I can do, but today pushed me over my limit. If this woman had been present during the Final War, Shigaraki and All for One would have never stood a chance.
Miku drops the phone into her hand and makes a few quick taps. She smiles at me, but not one of joy or kindness. I can tell by the malicious gleam in her eyes. “If this ‘Deku’ is just a friend,” she begins, “then what does THIS mean?” Miku thrusts the phone in my face and my stomach drops. On the screen reads “Love you Kacchan!” The last text Deku sent to me before I went to sleep. Fuck.
“I…” I trail off. There’s nothing I can do. One of her twin tails stretches toward me, grasping around my throat. Her grip tightens and tightens, her malevolent grin widening. She doesn’t act this way around her friends, or anyone else. Just me. Around everyone else, she’ll be a happy, cheerful, perfect ray of sunshine. Especially around that friend of hers, Kasane Teto. Maybe that bubbly personality is fake to make others like her and she only shows her true colors around me. Maybe she really is happy most of the time but just keeps me around to let her anger loose. Whatever the reason is, there’s one fact: Hatsune Miku will always be dominant over me, and there’s nothing I can do.
“Stand,” she orders me, and I obey. This is nothing like how I can treat Deku, who acts like an obedient little puppy. Perhaps that was an exaggeration, but it’s nice to have some control for once, to have an escape from this death trap of a relationship. Every second I spend around Miku makes me feel suffocated-yet whenever I feel her approving touch it makes me want to shove my tongue in her mouth-and when I rarely get the chance to, I can tell her desire is just as strong as mine.
“Now, I want you to do two things, Katsuki,” she begins, the menace in her voice beginning to fade. “The first one is for you to cut ties with Midoriya.” I almost protest until she draws closer and lifts a hand to my cheek, and her touch feels so good it almost burns. “The second…” I could’ve sworn I saw a flick of her tongue. She places a palm on the back of my head and draws me into a kiss. Her lips press against mine and she threads her fingers through my hair. All the horrible things she’s done in the past minutes, days, weeks, all seem to disappear as our mouths meet. My lips are chapped and dry, hers are soft and delicate in a way that seems unreal. She pulls away for a brief moment, yet I hunger for more. My desire is so strong, I want her to miku miku beam my ass cheeks. When Miku goes in for more, it’s more intense, our tongues meeting more than once. The contact makes my spine tingle.
She looks me in the eyes with enough passion to set something on fire. She opens her mouth to speak, when suddenly something falls out of her pocket. A coupon. To a baguette shop. The only person she knows who loves baguettes is Kasane Teto. This can only mean one thing.
Miku’s expression is unchanging, although her eyes betray a hint of worry. I calmly pick up the slip of paper and ask, “Who is this for?” My voice wavers a bit. I don’t want this to be true. Miku will beat me, berate me, crack me, kick me, but cheating is a line I'd thought she wouldn’t cross. After all, what is the downside of her being in this relationship?
Miku simply stares at me, then smiles. “My new girlfriend.” I crumple to the floor in despair.
“Really!?” I cry, “Admitting to cheating right after making out with me like that?” My voice is choked and my eyes begin to water. Why the hell am I crying? Why am I sad? I thought I wasn’t the type to cry, besides I should be relieved to be free from this nightmare of a relationship. As I lay on the floor wallowing in pity, Miku simply steps over me as she hears a knock at the door.
I lift my head to see who it is. Sure enough, the scarlet-haired girl with drill-like hair stands on the porch. The two make out in front of me, more passionately than anything I've ever seen. They’re practically drinking each other’s spit. All I can do now is go back to Deku, I tell myself regretfully. “We-we’re done!” I shout as I rise to my shaky feet. I muster up as much anger as I can in my voice, but the sadness overtakes it. Then, I realize something. I liked being the bottom. I want Miku to dominate me. But now that that option’s been taken away, all I can do is cry.
