regect was staring down, staring at what of left of his owl, his love, the moon to his stars.
Ze.
The player who he had met all those years ago. The one person...he loved..after it all happened.
....
Now...
Now regect was alone again...just like when micha left.
He had no one. Moe had ran away...and Ze... he tried to protect Regect...he died protecting the entity. It was all regects fault for being too scared to fight back.
He slowly dropped to his knees, in front of Ze, wings ripped and blood stained.
He cupped Zes cheek with one hand and started crying, Zes eyes were glossed over, no life or light in his eyes.
Blood running down Zes head onto regects paw.
Regect pulled the lifeless owl into his arms into a warm embrace.. trying desperately to keep the player warm. Regect started sobbing into Zes shoulder, mumbling and begging for him to wake up..for him to tell the entity it was a prank.
It wasn't a prank regect.
Deamon was standing over them, holding Zes torn, dirty and blood stained hoodie. He threw it at regect before smiling... regect wanted to slap that look off of his danm face.
"Why ....w-why him...what did Ze ever do to deserve death..." Regect asked holding the owl tighter.
Deamons slimed fated.
..
"He knew too much regect." Said deamon.. barely an answer, not good enough to satisfy regect, not enough to satisfy anyone really..
...
But...
Somewhere far..very far away.. Ze did open his eyes,but... he saw a beautiful sky...he could feel the wind hitting his skin and feathers softly...he could feel the long and soft grass underneath him.
He sat up looking around, a flower field as far as the eye could see. It was beautiful..
He looked over...
....
"Micha?.." ze whispered softly.
"Hey bubba.." micha said with a smile.
...
Ze grabbed micha and held the small owl tightly.
"M-micha.."
"I'm here Ze" micha said with a laugh as he hugged Ze tightly.
Ze started laughing through the tears, laughing with his little brother as if nothing had changed between them.
"MICHA" said Ze getting up and spinning with the owl.
"BUBBAAAA!!!" He replied flapping his wings and laughing even more.
if only regect were here to enjoy this moment.
...
..deamon had left. leaving regect clinging to Zes body, sobbing and shaking. He had his face nuzzled against Zes side, trying desperately to wake the owl up...
...
Guess good things never last..they never do....
