Numbuh 148, also known as Mary St. Helen, has been kept by Megalo-Mother, a mother figure who is brainwashed by The Megalo-Monitor, a sinister force who wishes to convert human children into slaves, thusly using Mary St. Helen's mother as a vessel to forcibly keep her from the KND and deplete her of interfering emotion and passion, thusly turning Numbuh 148's mother into Megalo-Mother.
This, to Numbuh 148, is the closest thing she has been to experiencing Delightfultization and being aware of it. She's left no choice but to obey Megalo-Mother and suppress her emotions to prevent them from taking out her duties such as school.
