"Rhodey…"
Rhodey hums, not looking away from his homework. "What's up?
Tony's lying in his own bed on the other side of the dorm. He's been there all day, with the exception of two bathroom breaks, making Rhodey bring him snacks.
Not that Rhodey really minds. It's the poor guys time of the month, and if potato chips and ice cream keep Rhodey from having to hear about it, he can eat as much as he'd like.
"Can you just like get me pregnant so I don't have to deal with this shit?"
Okay, Rhodey will admit he was not expecting that. Probably should have been. For a rich kid, Tony seems to know nothing about tact. Or manners, for that matter. Or common sense. Or anything that could make him think, hey, maybe I shouldn't say this.
"Yeahh," Rhodey drawls, placing his notebook aside. "I dont think you want that."
"It's worth it."
"It's probably not." Rhodey laughs, finally getting up and walking over to sit on the second bed. "Are there any more PG things I can do for you, maybe?"
"No," Tony mumbles into his pillow. "It's fine. Go back to being a nerd."
"Nah, it's fine. I can finish it tomorrow. Want something to eat?"
Tony says something into his pillow that Rhodey isn't able to catch before peeking out at him. "Burger?"
Of course. Couldn't ask for something easily accessible. "Burgers it is." Because apparently forcing physical labor on Rhodey makes Tony happy. Rhodey sighs as he stands back up, grabbing his wallet and keys before heading out. "Don't die while I'm gone."
He hears what he assumes is supposed to be an 'okay' as he shuts the door behind him.
