Chapter Text
Mike was ecstatic, so excited in fact he that ran to his room, jumped onto his bed and squealed quite excitedly into fluffy soft pillows upon his bed for about thirty minutes. Staring at the phone number in his hand he wondered what The Jeremy Fitzgerald, whom he finally had a date with, was up to.
Quite hastily stuffing on the Freddy mask, Jeremy Fitzgerald waited for the animatronic labeled as Toy Bonnie to get bored and mosey away. When this did eventually happen and the fright of the moment passed, he let out a relieved sigh when the tension passed. Jeremy's eyes wandered down, eventually landing on the phone in the Fazbear office. When was Michael going to call? Then suddenly, almost perfectly timed, the phone rang. Grinning, Jeremy pressed the top portion of the red landline to his ear.
"Hey handsome. I was wondering when you were going to call." Jeremy's voice was hushed due to sound concerns, yet still noticeably deep and sultry.
"Oh, ah, hi Jeremy! Sorry for not calling earlier, I uh, had to get home to my phone first.."
"It's no problem man, just wondering."
After a moment of comfortable silence, Mike asks, "Jeremy, how've you been?"
"Great. Tired though, night shift is exhausting. Oh, and, Mike, when can I take you out on that date?" Jeremy's voice was back in it's normal tone.
"Is this Saturday okay, then?" Jeremy could sense the subtle anticipation in Michael's voice.
"Hah, yeah Mike, Saturday sounds great. How about we meet up a cafe I frequent, a couple blocks from Freddy's?" After hearing an affirmative noise, he adds on, "I'll come pick you up sweetheart, don't worry."
"O-oh, um, okay!" Like he had just felt the anticipation a moment earlier, he now could hear the happy nervousness settled in Michael's voice.
Jeremy laughed a bit, and smiled contentedly. Date successfully set up. Now to prepare.
