“Sure! You're on!” Clemont luckily said.
“Awesome!”

They went in the arena while Bonnie stayed on the side.
“Bunnelby, let's have a battle!” Clemont said.
"Bunnelby!" Bunnelby yelled.
“Pikachu let's give it our all!” Ash said.
"Pika pika!"
After Clemont said something to Bunnelby, I yelled,
“Pikachu, use thunderbolt!”
“Bunnelby, use your ears to stir up the sand!”
Both of the pokemons' attacks made an explosion but Ash already knew what was going to happen so he ordered pikachu, “Use quick attack and don't let Bunnelby see you!”
Clemont was shocked for a moment but he still said, “Bunnelby use dig!”
But it was too late... Pikachu already hit Bunnelby with its quick attack.
While Bunnelby can still fight, it did took some damage.
“Double slap, go!” Clemont said to Bunnelby.
“Pikachu, try to dodge it!” Ash yelled.
Some of the slaps didn't hit pickachu but most of it did.
“Pretty neat huh? Bunnelby's ears can do lots of great things.” Clemont said.
“Pikachu, use iron tail!”
“Bunnelby, catch it with your ears!”
“Huh!?”
“It worked like it should.” Clemont happily said.
“Pikachu... let's do this! Use Electro ball now!”
Pikachu did and Bunnelby managed to dodge but still took damage.
“Pikachu, Use quick attack!”
But before pikachu can attack, a blue net suddenly landed.
'huh!? ugh! I forgot about team rocket!' Ash thought to himself.
“That was dangerous!” Clemont said.
“Who are you?” Bonnie asked angrily, although she already knew them.
“Prepare for trou-” but before she could finish her line, a water pulse sent from afar suddenly hit her.
“Huh!? Who was that!!” team rocket yelled
Their fuss gave Ash enough time to tell Clemont who they were.
“I will not sit idly by and let you steal other people's pokemons!” Clemont said.
Ash knew that it was froakie who attacked them with water pulse and he remembered that he got hurt a lot back then.
He thought about how to go on with this without any of their pokemons getting hurt... and he has quite a good plan (although somewhat abnormal).
