In that moment, hearing that was the only thing Juliet had ever wanted. The doctor went on to explain how difficult the recovery process would likely be for Carlton, but she didn’t care. She would help him through whatever it took. Her partner was going to survive.
Everyone in the room rejoiced. Juliet looked around at everyone, and her smile grew even wider. She and Shawn may not have had kids yet, but Juliet O’Hara had a family. That much was for sure.
“You can see him when he wakes up,” said the doctor. And that was all Juliet needed.
