This is my very first Podfic ever! My reason for beginning this hobby is probably like most others who get into this: where you want to read stories forever and end up having to do boring things like driving and cooking where you cannot look at a screen... but you CAN listen to a Podfic! Since I have so many favorites that I read again and again, I've decided to record my favorites and share the ones that I have permission to do so.It was a project of passion, spanning 15 hours over 3 days. I think I read/listened to this story about 20 times, and have parts of it memorized by now. I even had a dream about it! Ha!
It's not perfect (not even close), but it is a pretty fun listen! I learned so much making this! Like how it's helpful to have ideas about voices you want to use for different characters. Sidon's voice in this is by far my favorite, he's so joyful and curious about the world. Makes me love him even more.
