TOMMYS POV
It was a day like any other day for Tommy. He was in his house taking care of Shroud. The previous day he had talked with Wilbur, he found it weird how obsessed Will was with Dream. Tommy didn't like Dream, matter of fact he was scared of him. He gained this fear during exile, that time of his life was the worst. It was filled with an unbearable amount of pain, it hurt him just to think about it. Tommy didn't want anyone to know that though. “Papa!” He snapped back to reality and looked down at his young son Shroud, showing him a drawing. The drawing had him, Tubbo, Ranboo, Micheal, and of course Shroud himself. “It looks amazing, bud”, Tommy replied.
In the distance, Tommy could hear growing sirens, at first he thought nothing of it but then realized that they were the prison alarms. He looked down at his communicator to see a message from Tubbo telling Tommy to get to safety. He looked down at his small child coloring another drawing.” Shroud! C’mon were going to see Tubs and Boo”, a wave of fear suddenly came over him. He got Shroud and ran out the door.
~time skip~
Tommy was carrying Shroud. He was almost in tears frantically running through the SMP. They were almost to Las Nevadas, but he thought he heard a noise against his better judgment he decided to ignore it. He saw Wilbur’s burger van and Will sitting in the van. He set Shroud down so he could have a break. Behind him he heard a branch snap, he whipped around to see Dream. “GET AWAY FROM ME” he screamed at the top of his lungs falling to the ground. Will had heard and walked over he picked up Shroud who was crying.”PUT HIM DOWN WILL” Tommy was in tears. Why.. why him he thought, it just had to be this way. Dream looked at him then hit him in the back of the head with a rock, knocking Tommy out.
TUBBO'S POV
Tubbo knew the prison sirens were going off, he had Ranboo take Micheal so he could get Tommy and shroud. Once he arrived at Tom's house he realized he and Shroud were nowhere to be found. A feeling of fear suddenly washed over him. -what if Dream took Tommy and shroud- the thought made him tear up he had to find them, he had to make sure that they were ok. Tubbo bolted out of the empty house quickly pulling his communicator out to message his beloved husband Ranboo about their close friend and his son’s disappearance. He rushed through the SMP frantically searching for the two he had to find them, who knows what Dream could do to them. He felt a buzz come from the communicator in his pocket he looked to see a message that went out to the entire SMP regarding Dream's recent escape. The sound of yelling drew his attention away from his communicator. When he looked in the direction of the yelling person or child rather, he saw Shroud a small wave of relief fell over him. This wave was quickly gone once he realized that Shroud was crying. He crouched down, "Shroud! what happened wheres Toms" the only response that he gave was latching onto Tubbo. After feeling another buzz from his communicator, he looked back down at it. The message was from Ranboo he wanted to know if Tubbo had found Tommy and Shroud, he paused a moment before looking at the crying child in his arms and then stood. He had only one of the two, Tommy was still missing. Reluctantly he replied to Ranboo telling him the news, he started on the path to Las Nevadas dreading what could have happened to his dearest friend.
