“I don’t have one for you.. just Daisy,”
“Ah, Don’t think about it so much,” Daisy assures. “I’m fine with just Daisy. It is my name, just don’t wear it out!” she snickers at her own quip to herself. For Byleth, It was always a delight for him to see Daisy smile or laugh. Her positive nature would always rub off on Byleth. It made him have a smile of his own and experience a feeling of warmth in his heart.

With lunchtime coming to an end, the pair packed up their blanket and any leftover scraps from their lunch in their basket, beginning their long walk back to Smash Manor.
“I got one…!” Byleth states, catching Daisy’s attention.
“Huh? Got what, B?”
“A pet name,” said Byleth. He looks to his partner. “Would you like to know?”
“Shoot!”
“Sunshine,” Byleth starts. “Because. You have a warming smile, and your happiness shines brighter than anyone I know,” he confesses. “Also, you wear a lot of yellow,”
Daisy felt herself blush. “B… did you spend the whole lunch thinking that up?”
“Yes, I did. I just didn’t feel it was right you had a name for me while I didn’t have one for you,”
Daisy hums, giving Byleth’s cheek a slight pinch. “Even when I told you not to worry about it, you did anyway. “That’s exactly why I call you cutie,”
