The Late bell rung out inside of the school. Two people stood in the library, a beast man and a Pomefiore student.
” Epel, I don’t think we’re gonna find anything…” Leona stated, he sat up from his napping spot.
With a sigh, Epel closed and put back the book he had grabbed a minute before.
“ I have to go to class….” Epel replied, a sad expression was on his face. Leona stood up and gave Epel a pat on the head.
” We’ll keep looking later.”
” Okay!”
Epel turned and grabbed the bag that hung on a chair just a few feet away from the two boys.
Giving a quick wave to the beastman, Epel stepped out of the quiet library and out into the sun lit hallways.
Epel began to make his way towards the Court yard, he had plans with a certain red-Headed boy from Heartslabyul.
He wasn’t proud of lying to his upperclassman about him having class but it had gotten boring looking though books.
When he reached the Courtyard, he saw a boy sitting, waiting for someone.
That boy was infact, Riddle Rosehearts.
“ Riddle-San!”
“ Ah, Epel.”
Epel took a seat on the bench that Riddle was sitting on and gave a warm smile. Riddle’s face seemed to heat up a bit at him.
Huh, weird.
The boys began chatting about school and their clubs. Epel thought it was nice to have someone to talk to and not be something crazy.
while riddle began ranting about what Ace and Deuce had done just hours before, Epel wondered What leona was doing at that moment.
{ Meanwhile }
Leona slept peacefully in the Library after Epel left for whatever he was doing, leona didn’t care that much.
When Leona finally opened his eyes, the ceiling lights were big and bright.
Too bright for his eyes.
After Finally realizing that every time he opened his eyes that he would be blinded by the god damn ceiling lights, he sat up it the intention on moving.
As he was getting up, he grabbed one of the Shelfs for support. But unfortunately for him, he was a full adult and the weight of him was too great for the bookshelf.
The bookshelf began to tip as he stood to his full height. Leona quickly realized that the bookshelf was falling and he quickly pushed it back into place.
But unfortunately for him, a book came loose for the bookshelf, And just his luck, it fell directly on his head.
”OH GREAT SEVEN-“
leona hit the ground from the shock of the book falling and hitting him. He sat up rubbing his head before picking up the book.
“What the hell?”
The book cover read, ‘an adventurer guide to everything’
The first few pages of the book were pretty standard for any book, but then the book began to talk about magical items in the world. On one of the pages it talked about a magical library. It was hidden deep in a forest, it was protected by a shop keeper who was practically impossible to find for any normal Person.
The reason it was so hard to find was that it held magical artifices and powerful knowledge about Past events, It also had a magical system to where it wrote down everything that happened in the world.
This book……
The book can finally give them some answers.
But leona knew better than to just start doing stuff before Talking to people about it.
In truth, Leona had some people to talk to.
{ HOURS LATER }
Epel Stood next to Rook, his purple hair stood out from Rook’s blond hair. Vil was with them but had moved to talk to some of his upperclassman, So he left the two boys by his throne.
The lounge was quiet, Small talk was even quieter than it should have been. It was peaceful until a voice called out.
“ KID?” Epel immediately recognized the voice of Leona “ HEY I NEED TO TALK TO EPEL”
Leona turned the corner and entered the lounge, he had a book under his arm. Vil took notice and moved over to the other dorm leader.
“Leona?”
“Vil?”
“Oh don’t give he that attitude…”
“who said I was giving attitude?”
“What do you want.”
“I need to talk to the kid”
Leona made a Signal towards epel, Vil looked in between the two with a confused look on his face.
“Can I ask why?”
“None of your Business”
“But it’s my dorm member?”
“Yeah, Who gives a Fuck?”
“ITS MY DORM MEMBER, LEONA”
Before Vil or Leona could start swinging at each other, Epel stepped in between the two upperclassman.
“It’s okay Vil-San!”
Epel gave him the best ‘I’m cute and adorable!’ Face before Vil gave in to the younger boy.
Epel lead Leona towards the hallway the lead to all of the dorm rooms. After making sure they were alone, Leona took the book he was holding and pushed it into Epel’s hand.
“Found something that could give us answers, meet me at the mirror tomorrow, we leave at sunrise.”
“Umm-Okay!”
Leona then turned away from the small child and walked out of the hallway past a confused Vil and rook. Epel reached with the book in hand a minute later.
“What happened?”
Epel and Vil looked at each other for a second before Epel tucked the book to his chest.
“Nothing much, We just talked”
“Really?”
“Yup….Can I get permission to leave campus tomorrow?”
