Chapter Text
its night, and its time for me and Jackson to begin the plan.
I begin with slowly grasping the metal bars around the door frame.
because as soon as it hits midnight, we're busting out.
the time struck as soon as I ripped the bars out causing alarms to flare.
rushing down the hall as the lights flash in my face, as I reach the camber to the one i must grab for escorting out, Katze.
I rip open the door to see her in panic, but my appearance reassures her as i put her on my back, so we can escape as Jackson grabs mithena.
but as we are escaping, the pipes nearby burst causing the place to erupt into flames.
this worked in a favor though, as I was able to burst through the walls easier, letting us get outside.
although now I was worried about Jackson and how he was doing.
(Pov Change to Jackson)
I was running in the burning building as jasper stayed next to me
soon reaching Mithena's quarters, but when I tried to grab her hand, she shook her head no while panicking in the corner, grasping her head.
"COME WITH ME OR DIE ALONE." I had to yell to get her to come with me.
it works as she grabs me hand as I guide her to the exit, along the way going to the guard room to grab a sword for self-defense later.
as soon as we reach it I stop and go back, telling mithena to go to my car near the end of the parking lot to meet the others.
rushing back inside and over to the board meeting room I see him
Leyarnold.
"So... this was your plan huh" he says looking out the glass
"yea, and now you will die here along with the facility." I say pointing my sword at him.
"not if I kill you first" he says whipping out a pistol and firing
but I manage to dodge the shot and his arm, which causing him to drop the gun.
to stay fair though I seethe my sword.
we start throwing punching at each other, while we fight, we fall through the glass in the front.
and then through the floor boards as we reach the failed experiments lab.
then we get to the spirit section aka, where I given jasper.
soon enough we reach the machines meant for transferring the soul of someone.
I use enough strength on Leyarnold to push his body through the vacant machine causing him to bleed out through the chest.
after that I start limping out the building using jasper as much as I can to make sure I get out alive.
a few minutes of limping and powering later I manage to get out the building but then I black out due to weakness.

standing there with the rest of the group made me concerned for Jackson.
but my concerns are answered when I see Jackson stumble out of the building.
rushing over we see burn wounds, but then jasper comes out to calm us down.
well before freaking our Katze and mithena due to his appearance
he says that "I could be able to possess one of you too drive us to Jackson's house, while he recovers"
mithena volunteers due to her mental abilities being able to let them control her body more easily
before they do, she asks why did they have to remove the mechanism from their heads.
they say that "oh it was because it would have had your head explode when we went off the property.
then jasper takes over Mithena's body and gets us in the car as I carry Jacksons body into the car.
we drive off into the night wondering what will be up for us when we reach the house or the consequences to escaping later are.
