Rouge hugs shadow with all of her might
“AHH I CAN’T BELIEVE YOU’RE ACTUALLY GOING!!” She squeals. Shadow rolls his eyes “yeah yeah let go of me. I’m only going this one time and you will NOT pester me to go again.”
“Yes yes I know i know! But thank you SO much Shads I promise you’ll love it! Here, I’ll give you this free hat, free t shirt, and Even this nifty socks!” Rouge started handing him different pieces of merchandise piling each one into shadow’s arms.
“Cream made the design and Tekno put her vision on cloth! It looks great right? Of course, I embroidered the hat, and made sure these shirts weren’t tacky. I also made our performance outfits with Amy’s help…”
Shadow zoned out while rouge kept blabbing about the intricate details on the hat and how much of an amazing artist cream was, and all this other stuff. He was fine with wearing the shirt under a sweater just so Rouge wouldn’t bitch about it, but socks…? A hat?? Chaos forbid she tries to make him use a bag. And there was no way in hell he was going to accept a POSTER.
“okay so the concert is on Friday, and it starts at 8 pm and goes on to about 10 or 11. Afterwards, go to security and show them this badge.” Rouge holds up a backstage pass that shows his name. She hands it to Shadow, who hesitantly accepts. He can’t help but have cold feet already.
“I should be waiting by the security guards by then, but you never know, so turn left and wait in that hall. Do NOT enter that room. I’ll walk out and come get you, and then you’ll do a VERY quick meet and greet with the girls. I promise, nothing too strenuous!” Rouge clasps her hands together
“I’m so excited for you to meet them! I think you’ll get along well with Blaze! You both are cool and collected! Ooh but maybe you’ll get along with Tekno! She’s SUPER smart, so you don’t have to worry about dealing with idiots! And Cream is such a cute little sister! I dunno about Amy.. but i will continue to hope for the best~!” She winks at him -Shadow was already overwhelmed. He’s gotta write this down later… -“Oh! And-“ “I get it I get it.” Shadow cuts rouge off before she continues.
“I know what to do, now let me sleep. It’s about time for my coffee beans and Space Heroes.” Shadow yawned
“Shadow it’s like 2 pm.” Rouge gave him a (lowkey) judgey look.
“Rouge, you know I like to take a nap during the afternoon. It’s like you do not even know me” Shadow turns his back to her and crosses his arms
“I’m soooo sorry your highness~” Rouge starts giggling “You’re such a dork”
Shadow chuckles. “Alright leave me be already” he swats his hand and heads to his room.
Rouge shrugs and decides it’s the perfect time to get her nails done. She grabs her purse and flies to her favorite Nail Salon, Pearl’s Nail Salon, to get her nails ready for the big night.
Once her nails are done she heads to Chaobucks and gets her usual Strawberry Creme Frappuccino. While she waits, she sits at one of the chairs when.. *choir music*
A glorious muscular red echidna GOD walks in. -Rouge can’t tear her eyes off of him -His face, in a permanent scowl with the occasional hearty laugh when.. AMY?!
Rouge’s mouth DROPS when she sees her band mate walk into a Chaobucks with a literal God, joking around with him
She buries her face in the phone and starts furiously texting Shadow

“Rouge! What’re you doing here ??” Amy opens her arms for a hug
The gorgeous red guy is holding Amy’s place in line
“O-Oh I was just getting my nails done, sweetie. I figured I’d uhh stop by for my use (idk how to spell it but she says it like youj)” Rouge gives her a worried smile
“Oh, Kunckles took me shopping today! I promised to buy him food, as long as we could stop by and get some Chaobucks!” Amy laughs a little
“Kn-Knuckles? Is that the guy you’re with?” Rouge asks her, trying to pry info from the pink hedgehog
“Yeah! He TOTALLY needed a new wardrobe. The guy just wears sweats and a muscle shirt. It’s embarrassing going out with him sometimes! But that changes today!” Amy held up a determined fist. Rouge feels a pang of disappointment
“So the two of you are… going out?” Rouge asks, fearing she knows the answer already
“HUH? Of course not !!” Amy shakes her hands in front of her “Knuckles is my big bro! I mean- not like- blood related, but he’s like a big brother to me! He’s also my trainer!” Amy laughs at the very idea of EVER dating Knuckles. No way in HELL is that happening ! They’re brother and sister!!
Rouge sighs in relief “Ohh.. That’s cool, hun” Rouge relaxes. She has a chance!
Amy looks back at Knuckles who’s second in line. “Oh- it’s my turn to order! I’ll be right back! I’ll bring him with me too~” she winks at Rouge
Amy walks back to stand in line with Knuckles. They start chatting, and Rouge sees Amy patting Knuckles’ back. They were laughing.
Once Amy finished ordering, the two of them head to where Rouge sits. There she sat, internally panicking while the hottest guy she’s seen in a while, almost taking the cake for #1 hot guy she’s seen in her whole life if it weren’t for that one gender bent filter she used on herself, is walking towards her.
‘Why isn’t my drink ready !?!?!’ She smiles and waves. ‘Calm down Rouge. It’s just a meat head! You’ve dealt with MUCH worse than some… ridiculously good looking guy. And SURE, his muscles are so huge, which could make him a great hugger, and he’s so s-‘
“This is Rouge! She’s the one who started the band with me! Rouge, this is Knuckles!” Amy smiles at the two of them. Rouge gets up to shake his hand. He smiles at her
“I’ve heard a lot about you. Amy thinks very highly of you. You should be honored.” Knuckles nods his head.
“Thank you, Big Red. I sure am honored” NAILED IT
Amy signals the two to sit down with her, and they start talking about how Amy and Knuckles met and then how Rouge and Amy met. Amy talked about how nervous but excited about the concert on Friday
“I’m so worried I’ll mess up or something, ya know?” Amy sighs and takes another sip of her drink.
“Amy, hun, you’ll do great. Your voice is powerful, you just need to have confidence!” Rouge comforts Amy and pats her on the shoulder.
“I keep telling her that, but I guess it shows just how much she cares about the band!” Knuckles laughs heartily. “She’s always been very passionate with everything she’s done. I mean she chas-“ “KNUCKLES.” Amy interrupts him. They share a moment of silent glances.
Rouge looks back and forth between the two. “Um.. you guys okay? Amy?” She asks worriedly.
“I-I’m fine! Knuckles here is just being a BONEHEAD!” She punches him in the arm with a smile
“ouch-“ he rubs his arm. “Guess training’s payin off!” He smiles. “Hmm” rouge wants to know more, but can see its not business for her to pry on.
“So, Knuckles, I presume you’re going to the show?” Rouge
“‘course I am! wouldn’t miss it for the world! I just know you guys are going to put on a killer show!” She ruffles Amy’s quills
“I can assure you we will! Amy can seriously write songs! This girl is amazing!” Rouge chuckles -“Aww you guys~!!” Amy rubs the back of her head.
Rouge checks her phone
“Oh, I’m sorry you guys! Gotta go..” Rouge stands up.
“Hun, it was great to see you, I’ll see you tomorrow!” Rouge hugs Amy
“And you.. it was nice meeting you, Knuckles.” Rouge shakes Knuckles’ hand again. She slips her number into his palm and motions ‘call me’ and winks. She takes her purse and leaves.
She looks back to see Amy giving Knuckles a high five
She chuckles and shakes her head before taking the flight back home -she walks into her room and shoved her face into her silk pillow and kick her legs like a school girl who just said “hi” to her crush
Now to wait for him to text her. She hopes the wait isn’t too long
The next morning
Rouges wakes up with butterflies in her stomach. It’s the day of the big performance
She takes a shower and packs comfort clothes for after the performance, along with her performing outfit
Everyone in the band agreed on meeting for lunch and then heading to the concert location and get ready for the big night. After days of practicing and years of developing a fan base, tonight will be the night they reveal themselves.
Shadow had gotten up early to head to the office and get some more paperwork done. After that, he’d grab a bite to eat, and chill at the house before the show starts.
Rouge and the rest of Rosey Crystal are hyping themselves up for the upcoming show. 4 hours to go
“AWWRIGHT ! This is SO sick, I can’t believe this is finally happening !!” Cream exclaimed.
Cream: the youngest, loudest, and most excitable member of the crew. The band’s cute drummer. She rocks any and every style there is, and loves her Boyfriend, Tails. In fact, she met Amy through Tails back when they were kids. She’s ready for the show of her career, and is SUPER pumped.
“I’d sure everything will go according to plan! But… I can’t help worrying…” Tekno was anxiety-brushing her hair, with some sweat dripping down her face.
Tekno: The tallest member of the group, as well as the smartest. The band’s sweet and laid back Keyboardist/Bassist. She is actually able to play a lot of instruments, but she is much stronger with keyboard. She and Cream are back up vocals, but neither of them are too good at singing, and mostly do the speaking-backup-vocal-lines. Tekno wants the show to go right with all of her heart.
“The most important thing is to keep a level headed mind, and relax. But… you’re right… I’m very worried…” Blaze sighs and shakes her head
Blaze: the Cool beauty, and Lead guitarist. Rebelling against her strict mother, she decided to join Amy’s band. She and Amy have been very close friends for many years, and Blaze is a very talented pianist, but always had a passion for guitar. She’s a bit of a perfectionist, but is working on have a more laid back look on life.
“Girls, we’ve got this. We have faith in our skills as musicians, and in our lovely lead singer. Take a chill pill, all of ya. You’re all too cute to be worrying this much!” Rouge winked at them all, trying to give them humorous comfort
Rouge: the oldest and most mature of the girls. She’s a master at Bass guitar, and is known for her flirtatious jokes and behavior. She likes to think of every one of her band mates as her younger sister, because she’s always wanted to be one. She may tease them a lot, but she truly does care for their well being. She just knows this show will turn out great
“Rouge is right. We’ve worked hard to finally get to where we are. We all started separated, lost, and confused. But together, we found out how truly special our musical talent is! Blaze. You’re my best friend, and the BEST guitar player I’ve ever met in the WHOLE WIDE WORLD! Cream, you’re a badass drummer, nothing, and I mean NOTHING can stop you! Tekno, you’re the smartest and the most talented keyboardist! Just show em what you got!! And rouge.. I could never have started them band without you. You inspire me every day, and you never fail to make us all smile. You’re our big sis, and I know you- as well as the rest of you- will make our fans proud. Will make me proud. Now. Lets get ready to go DO THIS !!!” Amy pumps her fist in determination, ready for the performance now more than ever, knowing she has her fellow band mates by her side.
Amy: The young, enthusiastic founder of the band. After suffering a heart break from the supposed love of her life, she decided to move out to the city. There she found inspiration and healing in music. Now, she finds a chance to let her feelings be known by thousands.
The girls cheer, and get ready to take stage.
the lights go out, and a young sheep announcer turns her mic on.
“And now! The moment many of you have been waiting for…”
Shadow looks up from his phone and unplugs his earbuds
“the sensational all girl band, that has captured the hearts of thousands with relatable yet amazing music, welcome…”
