This was one of those rare days where Viktor was sleeping at home.
Secretly he was happy to be home, he felt lonely at the lab and sleeping on the couch wasn't helpful for his bad leg.
Sleeping with you had its perks. On one hand he could enjoy your warmth and the comfiness of your tails, on the other he would get smacked in the face by said tails.
This is how you woke him up early in the morning;the sun was just rising, and your fluffy tail accidentally hit him;ruining his peaceful slumber.
Viktor made a low noise of protest before opening his eyes to move it away. He rested on his elbows and noticed it was still early. You were soundly sleeping next to him. With a small smile he spooned you;work could wait on weekends.
