~two years ago~
Akito was outside of the classroom, leaning against the wall. He had just transfer to a new school after moving to the new city. Although the city wasn't bad, it sure could be better.
His family moved to a new city after his Dad got promoted at his work. Moving to a new city wasn't difficult really. Akito couldn't understand why most people wouldn't want to leave a place they've live for half of their life.
Back to his current situation, The teacher calmly called Akito to enter the classroom. He walk in with his head low as he stepped into the classroom. He stands near the blackboard and turns to it towrote his name there.
*Shinonome Akito*
After he finished writing his name, he turn around again to face his new classmates and bowed slightly. He wore the standard male uniform that consists of a blue pants with an off-white collared undershirt, a red-and-blue striped tie, and an navy blue blazer. He introduced himself with a small smile that seem to go unnoticed.
*My name is Shinonome Akito, I recently just move to this city, I hope we can get along.*
Does he really want to get along with these imbeciles.
"Alright Shinonome, your seat is next to Aoyagi. Aoyagi, please raise your hand so Shinonome can find his seat" The teacher raise his voice, not to loud so he won't interrupt the other classes. 'Aoyagi huh, wonder who's that.' Akito looks around. Sure enough, someone raised their hand. Akito walks to the direction of the person's hand and sit next to him. Ironically, his seat was next to the window where you can see the school yard.
"Hello there Akito, My name is Toya Aoyagi. I hope we can get along" The boy with split hair whispered to him.
'His voice is so calm..' Akito thought to himself. 'Wait. What did I just say' Akito snapped back to reality and realizing what he had just thought to himself.
"Akito?, Are you alright? Why is your face red?" The boy with bicolor hair ask in confusion.
Akito quickly shook his head. Why did he thought about that? Why is
"..Ah yes, I hope too Aoyagi." Akito whispered back to Toya who smiles at him, turning his head to the front to listen to the teacher.
It was now after school, Akito was about to cross the school gate when suddenly heard a male voice calling out his name "Akito wait up!" Akito turns around to see the same bicolor hair boy running up to him, waving his hand at his direction. Why was the transfer student going to him? Should he just go but he doubt he could. He's not in the mood to do so. Toya catches up to him, huffing before facing Akito.
"I heard that you live on the same block as me so why don't we walk home together?" Toya softly smiles at Akito. "If I'm being honest here, you just looked at the school files right?" Akito ask with no amusement on his face. Toya face then turns into a bored face. Being honest here, No one probably acknowledge Akito's existence so he doubts that Toya 'heard' where he live. There was silence for a few minutes. Only things to be heard are people talking and walking back to there respective homes. Before Akito could say anything about the awkward silence. Toya suddenly grab his wrist and drag him to the direction of boy of his home. Akito tries to let go of the other boy's grip but to no use, Toya was stronger then him.
He later saw his home and ask Toya to let go. "This is my home, you can let go now.." Akito says with a hint of sadness in his voice but it comes unotice by Toya. Toya let's go and waves "Bye Akito, see you tommorow at school" Toya then walks away to his home. Akito looks at his wrist, it was red but not to the point of bleeding. He clicks his tongue because Toya grips on his hand that has cuts from Akito himself. Walking to his front door and opening it, no sign of his parents. Of course, they must be going to a event, Akito's father was still active as a artist and his mom went to the event just to talk to the men and ladies, either gossiping, drinking
Or making out with one of the men for money. She's a slut after all. Their marriage is like being separate between a thick wall. Their feelings don't go through the others heart. Father doesn't care about love, he only married mother because of their status.
Marriage of convenience is what both Tsurugi And Shinei Shinonome marriage is most likely describe.
Getting lost in his thoughts, Akito decides to go upstairs to his room, putting down his bag and brings himself into his bed. Looking at the celling of his room hurts his eyes, he should have turn off the lights, but he was lazy too. Today was pretty tiring and boring like usual. Except meeting that one bicolor hair boy..Toya.
He sighs and looks at the window. Watching the sky. He realized that the color that twilight dye was like a painting that was hunged up by his dad. The color of sky that looks beautiful from the flower view from hokkaido. Truly yet, the colors matches the field of roses and tulips.
Akito laters went to the bathroom to take a shower. Turning on the water as it drips from his head to his legs, he reach out his hand to catch some of the water droplets but hisses as he had forgotten his injury. Honestly, it's such a pain. He thoughts, he quickly went on his shower and put on some tshirt and pants, going back to his room to finish his homework.
He sits down at his chair and starts grabbing the papers and textbook from his school bag and does his homework. He puts on his headphones to listen to some music to pass the time. Homework is boring and is troublesome.
Some time had pass and Akito started tapping his pensel to the homework. Gotten bored, he quickly finished up his homework , and organize his books and homework into his bag. Turning off the lights, he went to his bed, flopping down and started scrolling to some socials through his phone. There's really nothing he was interested in until he went to the school blog, apparently. In two weeks from, there is gonna be a festival, the Tanabata festival.
The Festival where you write wishes. You write your wish or poem on a paper, placed it into a bamboo and pray it will come true
Of course, usually. The Festival is gonna have events. Whether it's miss Tanabata competition or selling food and provide like carnival like games.
The next two weeks is gonna be more chaotic and busy. Students are gonna placed bamboo's around the school, staff approving of students trying to held up a stand for the festival, some students are even practicing to put up a show while others setting up their little shops or cafe in the school building.
Akito isn't gonna go to the festival with someone however. He just gonna walk around, looking through the stands, food being grilled and shows. He isn't interested in any of it. Checking on the time, it's 10pm, he has school tomorrow. He then turns off his phone, putting it on the night stand and quickly shoving the covers and sleeps. Tomorrow is school after all,
Tomorrow is also another day where he mets Toya Aoyagi again.
