[ after the case is solved cos we all know sherlock won't do anything considered 'fun' unless the case is solved. ]
John was making tea this time, since mrs. Hudson was snowed in at her sisters house.
Long extended groans could be heard from the couch.
"I told you, you shouldn't have disobeyed Lestrade like that."
Sherlock replied in what felt like a millisecond.
"Well I didn't think he would shoot me in the ass!" Sherlock shouted.
John was so annoyed, he didn't even laugh. He had been hearing Sherlock complain for the past week. And now that they were snowed in to their small flat, it was becoming more and more agitating.
"Drink your tea and shut up, please."
Sherlock took the tea, rolling his eyes.
John thought for a moment.
"Why don't we watch a movie?"
"Too boring. There's nothing to be distracted from when watching telly."
There was silence for a minute while John thought and Sherlock sipped at his tea.
"Game?- Have you even ever gamed before?"
Sherlock glared at him.
"Me? Why on bloody earth would I try games? They rot your brain."
John rolled his eyes.
"Just try it." He handed him a controller.
*insert John getting everything prepared for the game cos I don't have any PS5's or anything like that (never have) so I have no idea how this stuff works*
"What do you want to play?"
"I don't even know what any of these are. That one I guess."
"Fall guys? That's one of Rosie's games but I'm sure she'll be ok with it." He said, selecting the game.
[ 3 hours later :'D ]
"Sherlock, it's 11pm. We should probably head to bed."
"Why?"
"Because we've been playing games for 3 hours."
Sherlock looked confused. He checked his phone, a bit surprised at how fast the time went by.
John turned the telly off.
"Goodnight, Sherlock." John said, leaving the room.
Sherlock followed John leave the room with his eyes. He threw the controller to the other side of the couch, laying down.
