America and Mexico broke up for who knows how many times by now. It was the same song and dance- They date, they fight, they break up, and then they make up. And the cycle starts all over. It certainly wasn’t a stable relationship but the both of them were used to this back and forth.
Right now, they were in the make up stage and America planned on sneaking to Mexico’s house during the night, guitar in hand and serenading the fuck out of her. She’ll be so happy at the romantic-as-hell gesture, they’ll jump right back to the dating phase.
America was about to walk up to Mexico’s front door when the sight of Ireland doing the same thing stopped him in his tracks.
“Ireland?” questioned America, “What are you doing here?”
“What are you doing here?” Ireland spat back, “I thought Mexico broke up with you?”
America’s demeanor wilted, “Yeah, she did…” -Then, his expression became determined- “But I’m serenading my girl back! What about you?”
Ireland cheekily holds up his own instrument, a lute. “I’m serenading to get your girl.”
“ YOU FUCK- ”

She was just so mad at America. For what, Mexicohad forgotten why at this point, but she was always mad at America about something. Now she was cooking her anger away. Spain, Cuba, and Philippines will certainly have a feast on them tomorrow.
Sudden yelling startled her enough from her anger to stop stewing her feelings. Who would be so loud during the night?
Mexico opens the window and sees America and Ireland duking it out, using their respective instruments as weapons.
“Que mierda…”
