I did as Ravage had taught me: I focused on a single sound and cut off everything else. As if Megatron’s mind were my own and his desires were mine, I focused only on Megatron’s thoughts and spirit. I spent millions of years that way. Megatron’s unyielding conviction always made my actions feel right, made me believe they were just, and ensured I never had to think or doubt anything else. There was no pain, no sadness, no despair—only certainty.
