Poppy never meant to stay in Winterberry Hollow. She only came home to mend her bruised heart, help her dad with the town’s annual Holiday Lights Festival, and maybe remember who she was before burnout and a bad breakup dimmed her spark.
She didn’t expect to run face-first into Branch— childhood almost-friend, local recluse, town grump, and the only carpenter capable of rebuilding the festival’s collapsing gazebo. The man with quiet eyes, rough hands, and a voice that turns low and wrecking when she stands too close.
He hates Christmas.
She practically is Christmas.
What starts as forced collaboration quickly turns into something hotter, deeper, and more dangerous. Snow gathers. Lights tangle. Every brush of fingers sends one of them spiraling. Old memories melt into new tension until neither of them can tell where the past ends and the wanting begins. Dream works love their hidden Broppy moments/ moments and I love finding them.
January 15 to December 15. I seen the movie 42 times, throughout 2025, for 10 months straight. I skipped July so my DVD player can have a break. The Christmas specials 30 times. Because I didn't get them on DVD till my birthday. So the Christmas specials 8 months straight for those.
I just love Trolls.
Some of y'all probably already noticed these moments but for the new fans like me because I joined January 15 of 2025 , probably missed the hidden moments. Or if you a long time fan and missed some of these moments. This guid is for you. So next time you watch the movies and Christmas specials you can look out for these moments.
I also put in some fun facts that I picked up on, during the movies.
The list will be updated, from time to time. Because I'm not gonna stop watching Trolls anytime soon!

10 years before the events of the first movie Brothers stumble across pop village deciding to stay and build a pod on the edge of the village so rhonda wouldn't freak the rest of the villagers out they find themselves constantly running into a Gray Troll who seem to live on the outskirts of the village who seems to hate them for some unknown reasons.
However upon take a notice of a familiar article of clothing that said troll seems to always wear floyd take it upon himself to figure out the troll identity much to the annoyance of said troll who now has two trolls pestering him everytime he leave his bunker.

Surviving in the wilderness really isn't all it's cracked up to be.
After being gone for a year, John Dory returns to the Troll Tree to find it completely empty. Save for one troll: His baby brother, Branch. Thinking the trolls and the rest of his family dead, he sets off once again to the Neverglade Trail, this time, with his baby brother in tow. Fueled by fear, guilt, and voices from the past he just can't seem to escape, he wonders if he made the right decision.
But he promised his brother he would never leave him again. So he wouldn't.
Besides, he was never known for his great decisions anyways.
(Based on the song "Great Decisions" by Judah & the Lion)

Or... I needed to write more John Dory and Branch ANGST, so here's my rewrite of canon, where John Dory goes back and raises Branch out in the wilderness, and other subsequent shenanigans. Let's see how this goes, shall we?
