“There’s one place where know he might have gone.” Joel said certain that’s where they would find him “ We always said that if ever we had to leave, we’d meet at the shore one last time.” “ Do you think that Vincent would keep his promise?” Grian asked skeptical but willing to try . “ We can make it if we travel through the night.” Jimmy said “Then let’s go, and hopefully we’ll find him.” Scar said as they all prepared to head to the ocean.
They quickly changed the scene putting in a backdrop of a sun rise over the ocean and everyone got into their places . Martyn stood there facing the backdrop as the lights brightened again “ Vincent!” Joel said running up towards him , his actions unclear if he was going to hug or hit him “ Glen ! You remembered?” Martyn said very surprised that he actually kept his promise “ Of course did , the heart goes missing and then you disappear. I would never forget.” Joel said sincerity in his sentiment “Did you Steal the heart?” Jimmy said darkly coming closer “Yes I did , I had to for Ren’s safety and the kingdom’s .” Martyn said taking out the object for his bag , it looked different black tainting the bright orange
“ What do you mean had to , why would need to take it ?” Scar asked curious as to why he would need to steal it at all . “ I found out about a plot to kill Ren on the day when he would use the heart ; they poisoned it somehow so when you used it you would be cursed to die .” Martyn continued on “ They would have killed him yesterday… I had no time there were spies lurking everywhere. If I told Sona directly I don’t think he would have believed me , those of the desert were our closest allies. I only had one choice to runaway from the kingdom with it .” Martyn said sounding like he was on the verge of tears.
“Vincent you are just as much a part of this kingdom as anyone, you didn’t need to take all the burden…” Joel said comfortingly “It’s my duty . If I didn’t do what I did then who would?” Martyn said sorrow in his voice. “ We’re all here to help you.” Grian said approaching the two “Let me see that …”Scar said taking the jewel in his hand “This has definitely been tainted or tampered with in some way , but isn’t supposed to do something in the sun rise ? “ Scar asked holding up the necklace to the light “ Yes it is. It’s supposed to take power from the sun and give it to the user.” Jimmy said studying the gem “So why is it not ?” Grian said figuring out what happened .
They continued the last scenes , in which the characters figured out the heart had been a fake and they rushed back to the castle to find the real one. Saving the king and kingdom from would be assailants. “You have all done a fine job on your mission and have shown much bravery.” Ren said sounding powerful and regal as Grian , Scar and everyone else knelt in front of him “For your act of service to the kingdom and me you all will be rewarded handsomely . “ Ren said to the excitement of everyone “Each one of you will receive payment in money and land.” Ren said as they rejoiced.
“In the end the hero’s of this story did receive their reward. Noel payed off his debts, Glen got to settle down and live a good life and Alex and Sky were wed soon after.” Pearl said her voice echoed through the theater “ As was the tail of the rising sun.” Pearl said as the whole cast came out for curtain call and took their bows . “Woooo! We did it!” Jimmy yelled out as the cast walked off of the stage “Yup we did . Now we only have four shows to go.” Martyn said sounding absolutely exhausted . “Alright everyone you did a great job tonight. I cannot wait for the next show .” Cleo said very proud of them all .

They all eventually were able to get out of the theater , the show going very well the cast decided to go out to celebrate. “Okay , Five people can go in Tilly and everyone else has to figure it out .” Pearl said only half joking “I call Shotgun!” Bdubs said running over to her car “I’m going to go with Timmy ,Joel and Lizzie.” Grian said getting in the car . Scar , Bdubs , Scott and Martyn all drove to the restaurant in Pearl’s car “ I think the only thing open right now is the breakfast place.” Martyn said checking the time “I could go for some pancakes.” Bdubs added “All right then I guess we’re having breakfast . Somebody text the others.” Pearl said keeping her eyes on the road.
“ Hey Grian we’re all going to the pancake place, tell the others .” Scar texted him “ Okay the close by right?” Grian replied “Yup.” Scar messaged back. “Lizzie apparently we are going to the pancake place . For breakfast at ten pm ,” Grian said with fake annoyance “ Ok then I guess.” Lizzie from the driver’s seat “ What maniac wants breakfast at night?” Joel remarked “ I have you know that breakfast food at night is one of life’s greatest joys.” Jimmy said sounding offended “ I if wanted waffles at night I would just wait till morning .” Joel retorted “Tim does have a point sometimes you just want a bowl of cereal at night.” Grian added “ Who’s side are you on?” Joel said with pretend anger “The side that has cereal.” Grian said as a now mildly annoyed Lizzie spoke up “We’re here everybody out ,”
The diner was relatively quiet with very few people other than staff there, they all were greeted by a waitress and sat down at two tables pushed together . “ I am not footing the bill so everyone order at your own discretion.” Pearl said as she settled into her seat “ Ah you mean I can’t put you in debt?” Grian said playfully “No , not after last time .” Pearl said with a grin. They talked and chatted waiting for their food , saying whatever came to mind. “I feel like tonight’s show went really good!” Jimmy said proudly “ I mean for what it’s worth I think so too.” Scott said genuinely happy about how it went . “We’re not even done yet this was only the first show , hopefully the other nights go this good .” Lizzie said with cautious optimism “ Martyn your performance was really good.” Ren complimented “Why thank you my liege, you are ever so kind .” Martyn said formally before he and ren broke out into laughter along with the rest of the table.
“Scar why on earth are you putting honey your pancakes?” Grian asked as scar drizzled honey on his food “ Because it’s the best way to eat pancakes?” Scar asked like it was common knowledge “ That is absolutely disgusting.” Joel said a little grossed out “What do you mean? They’re basically the same thing. “ Scar said defending his choice “ No they are not . Honey is not meant for pancakes, syrup is meant for pancakes.” Jimmy said joining the conversation. They continued on bickering about whether honey belongs on pancakes or not and eventually decided that Scar was just weird.
“ Well Grian I guess we have to break up now because you don’t like honey on pancakes.” Scar said jokingly while everyone else sat there in shock besides “ You To Are Finally Dating ?! “ Jimmy said a little too loudly for a restaurant “Scar I knew we forgot something.” Grian said with a little laugh as everyone started talking over each other “ I knew it ! You owe me ten bucks Bdubs .” Joel said triumphantly “ Aw come I was sure they weren’t….yet” Bdubs said dejectedly hand over the money. “Were you guys betting on our love life ?” Grian asked as Joel smugly took his money “uh….maybe?“ Bdubs said with a little “How long have you been dating ?” Lizzie asked mostly calm “A couple weeks by now .” Scar replied smiling “I caught Grian sneaking out at night to meet Scar once .” Pearl said only teasing them a bit “Wow I never would have thought Grian the type to sneak out for late night make out sessions.” Martyn said teasing Grian and Scar even more “For the record I only went out because Scar said he had to tell me something.” Grian said with a reluctant smile, even though his friends would tease and joke about him to no end they still cared about each other. When the all finished up their food the moon was already high in the dark night sky .The whole cast said goodbyes preparing for the next day’s show and all that came with it. The drive back home with Pearl and Scar was a quiet one, the only noise the soft music from the radio. After little while Grian felt something lean on his shoulder, it was Scar sleepily cuddling up to him. He gently put his arm around Scar holding him back before whispering something to him “I love you Scar .” Grian said quietly into his ear “ I love you too.” Scar said as the two sat together in sweet comforting silence.
