Allowing the girl to live was a mistake. If she had realized how things were going, she would have given the order for her head. Rather, she had inadvertently managed to exacerbate the already chaotic situation.
Luvia brushed her hair back. "I told you not to look," she sneered, "but you never listen, do you?" With a small laugh, she continued to slide her fingers up.
Rin shivered, unable to tear her eyes from her gaze. Luvia was standing in front of her, her hands firmly planted on Rin's waist, making it impossible to look away. As Rin looked down at Luvia and lowered her head above the other magus, she rested her arms over the blonde's shoulders. Rin was slowly pulled forward as Luvia's thin fingers first reached her neck, then to her cheek.
Rin felt uneasy as the hand that was resting on her waist started to lightly caress her lower back. Luvia smiled and chuckled softly, saying, "Come here, Rin," whispered Luvia, her eyes softening.
For once, Luvia was relieved that Rin could not see her face. "There is nothing you need to do. So just go."
