Lunar and Moon are watching Bloodmoon trying to carry more than he can carry. They had asked him if he wanted to help with cleaning up. He of course said yes to helping his baby brother with cleaning up the daycare.
Sun didn’t think he’d enter the daycare to see Bloodmoon following Lunar around and picking things up. Sun decided to sit and watch. Not making his presence known. He watches Bloodmoon exhibit child like behaviour. Not just child like but toddler like behaviour. ‘Oh god, is Bloodmoon just a child?’ Sun thought to himself. He feels terrible for being mean to him if that’s the case.
Earth first saw Sun sitting and staring at something when she walked in. Sun seems deep in thought. Earth looks over to what he is staring, it’s Bloodmoon but he’s acting very child like. Earth watches as Lunar leads Bloodmoon to another mess to clean up. She too soon is sitting down and notices the little area Bloodmoon had set up for himself.
Lunar and Bloodmoon are soon done cleaning all the messes. “How about you go play on the play structures for a bit?” Lunar asks as he notices Sun and Earth watching. Bloodmoon looks at play structures before going to play. Lunar goes over to Sun and Earth before Moon joins them.
Moon watches Bloodmoon play on the structures while Earth is asking about how it was today. “I need to know because I’m certain someone else has to have noticed but… is Bloodmoon like a child?? He acts very child like if not very toddler like at times” Sun asks nervously. Moon turns to Sun and is about to respond when they all hear Frank’s raspy voice “yes…”. Almost all of them jump a bit and turn to Frank who had just entered through the door of the daycare.
“B-Bloodmoon is like a child?” Earth asks Frank shakes his head. “He…is…a…child…barely…a…toddler” Frank responds as he goes to watch Bloodmoon play on the structure. Sun is almost shaking in distress, he’d been mean to a toddler. ‘There's no way he is a toddler! He acts like an adult sometimes’ Sun thinks. Moon turns to Sun and pats him on his back before whispering “Frank told me he was simply mimicking his brother's mental age”. Sun looks over at Bloodmoon who seems to be taunting Frank from the bridge that connects two of the play structures.
Lunar wasn’t expecting Frank’s answer but it made sense! This part of Bloodmoon has always been more childish and sometimes more toddler like at times. He remembers when he first met them, that one was so excited about the balls in the ball pit, got excited about play blocks and loved playing with Lunar. The other loved playing with Lunar but wasn’t as excitable as this one. Lunar goes to join Bloodmoon on the bridge of the play structures to play with him.
Earth is shocked to say the least. Bloodmoon, who had tried to kill her, was one half a child. She watches as Lunar joins Bloodmoon on the play structures and as Frank seems to be keeping a close eye on Bloodmoon. Perhaps Frank feels bad for causing Bloodmoon’s twins death and that’s why he seems to be acting like a worried parent.
