Hey guys! Thanks for following the miki paradox. Regrettably, I am putting it/the rest of the planned series on the backburner, due to a myriad of reasons, ranging from lack of interest, to burnout, to my current home situation. The main reason, though, is the fact that I planned this entire series while manic, without any regard for how busy my life would truly be. I’ve mostly been swept up by school, and personal writing projects I have no intention of publishing here. I am SO grateful for any and all support, and I do still harbor lots of love for this fic/its planned accompanying series, as well as Madoka Magica as a franchise, but I do not intend to continue acting like this/Incubation of Time is my top priority. I will hopefully finish this series someday, but I’m unsure if that’ll ever happen, sadly.
If you enjoy my writing, I am currently developing two other long-term projects I will actually post on Ao3, one which I’ll release soon, and another that’s still in its early workshopping phase as I figure out the AU itself/what I want to do with its story. If you’re interested, I’m going to talk about them below. If not, that’s okay. I just thank you for reading my silly fanfiction regardless :3
The first of these, which I’m almost done with the first full chapter of, is called Sweetest Treats for Bitter Tastes. It’s a yandere simulator reimagining/rewrite where the main ship is Amai x Ayano. It’ll follow weeks 2-10. By the time this is posted, the prologue for this will have been released. If you’re interested in doomed sapphics, murder, two girls oblivious to the fact they’ve got massive crushes on each other until it’s too late, bitter angst following fluff, and the mounting pressure of guilt experienced by someone whose never felt it, check out this fic!
The other fic is a Repo! The Genetic Opera inspired Port Mafia AU, centric around Dazai’s life as a repo man. Further details are currently being worked out, but I’m excited to write this once the story is solidified :3 it may have Soukoku, but idk right now,,, If you’re interested in a dystopian introspective of Dazai’s character at his worst psychologically, possible mlm romance, transmasc dazai/bodyhorror, themes of greed and corruption being explored through the lens of a repo inspired feverdream, and more to come, check out this fic once it's released!
