Honey,
I learned from you how to appreciate the importance of every little thing, every small gesture.
How the wind flows and messes up your hair, how I can look into your eyes and understand what you’re going through, how your smile is more sincere when it’s just the two of us.
When you laugh and hold your stomach with one hand, your cheeks turn red, and your nose scrunches up slightly—it’s adorable.
Have you ever thought about it, Tweek? How you’ve impacted my life, how my heart beats faster in my chest every time we’re together.
I learned from you—completely from you—like how bitter coffee slides down my throat, hot and strong, yet it surrounds me and excites me, as the cold I feel inside disappears.
I learned from you to feel and accept fear, uncertainty, and even panic, and I understood them, and we faced them together.
Not to give up, like the first time I helped calm your anxiety, and even though I was tired, you made me feel that it was worth being there, by your side.
I learned from you how to let go, to release what doesn’t help me, what hurts me.
You helped me accept that not everything has to be perfect all the time and that I can start over and over again at any time.
I learned from you to give importance to my feelings, to value those who care about me—my friends, my family, and you.
I learned from you, everything I never imagined. Everything I always dreamed of, and I can express it now, today.
Thanks to you, I learned how much I can love you, and thanks to you, I learned how much you can love me.
